In this respect, 4 types of linters from Turkey, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Iran were provided from mentioned factory and pulped in two steps by 4 hours cooking time in every steps. Cooking conditions were done in 3 level 130, 150 and 160 °C; and various Alkali charge (AA %) in each step and measured cooking yield, ash content, microkappa, pentosan, copper number, carboxyl group, WRV, viscosity, alpha cellulose and acid insoluble materials for any conditions. Results showed that optimum cooking conditions were obtained for Turkey linter at 130 °C and AC%(8%-8%); Uzbekistan linter, 130 °C and AC% (12-%-4%); Turkmenistan linter, 130 °C and AC% (12%-4%); Iran linter, 130 °C and AC% (14%-2%). Hence, based on cooking conditions, the linters can be classified into 3 grades such as Grade 1 (Turkey), Grade 2 (Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan) and grade 3 (Iran).}, keywords = {Cooking temperature,Alkali charge,linter,Alpha cellulose}, title_fa = {بررسی مقایسه ای شرایط پخت لینتر پنبه چهار کشور مختلف جهت تولید خمیر آلفاسلولز}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر با تمرکز بر شرایط پخت لینترهای چهار کشور ترکیه، ازبکستان، ترکمنستان و ایران مورد استفاده در کارخانه صنایع شیمیایی پارچین، با هدف دستیابی به شرایط بهینه پخت و ارائه جداول اختصاصی پخت برای هر کدام از لینترها انجام شد تا کارخانه فوق بر این اساس ضمن تنظیم شرایط پخت هر نوع لینتر، بتواند به محصولی با کیفیت مطلوب‌تر دست یابد. بدین منظور، خمیرسازی از چهار نوع لینتر پنبه مذکور در دو مرحله و با زمان ثابت 4 ساعت در هر مرحله انجام شد. عملیات پخت در سه سطح دمایی 130، 150 و 160 درجه سانتیگراد و با ترکیب‌های مختلف غلظت قلیا در مرحله اول و مرحله دوم انجام پذیرفته و تأثیر شرایط مورد بررسی بر ویژگی‌های میزان بازده خمیرسازی، میکروکاپا، اندیس مس، گروه‌های کربوکسیل، آلفا سلولز، ماندگاری آب، ویسکوزیته، پنتوزان و مواد نامحلول در اسید سولفوریک ارزیابی گردید. نتایج نشان ‌داد که شرایط بهینه پخت برای لینتر ترکیه در دمای oC130 و غلظت قلیای (8%-8%)، برای لینتر ازبکستان در دمای oC130 و غلظت قلیای (12%-4% )، برای لینتر ترکمنستان در دمای oC130 و غلظت قلیای (12%-4%)، و برای لینتر ایران شرایط دمایی oC130 و غلظت قلیای (14%-2%) می باشد. بنابراین لینترهای مورد بررسی را به لحاظ شرایط پخت می توان در سه درجه 1 (لینتر ترکیه)، درجه 2 (لینترهای ترکمنستان و ازبکستان) و درجه 3 (لینتر ایران) طبقه بندی نمود.}, keywords_fa = {دمای پخت,غلظت قلیا,لینتر,آلفاسلولز}, url = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_101563.html}, eprint = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_101563_793feea80378a32c7f2d02813fc0ac3a.pdf} }
