When these products produced during the recycling process some of the characteristics in pulp suspension due to lack of stability of desirable quality properties is difficult to achieve. In this study, using a variety of different doses of cationic polymers with laboratory methods, at first reduced the anionic charge amount in pulp suspension gradually. Then the Poly (amine) amide epichlorohydrin and its stabilizer injected to the suspension. The pulp suspension and physical properties of handsheets were evaluated. The type and amount of cationic polymers have a significant effect on the reduction of anionic charge of pulp suspension and the resulting increase in wet tensile strength and other physical resistance of handsheets. The effect of polymers resulted that anionic charge of suspension improved from 237 µeq /L in control samples to32µeq/L in the best conditions. Physical properties of handsheets improved after chemical treatments with different amounts of variety of polymers. Wet tensile strength increased than13 N/m to 121N/m, dry tensile strength improved 2730 N/m to 2860 N/m the burst resistance increased than 146 KPa to 160KPa in superior treatment using 135 mg/L of Gfloc F10. Stepwise regression analysis showed the significant relationship of the anionic charge in the pulp suspension and the physical properties of handsheets. So using different cationic polymers can be reduced the anionic charge of the pulp suspension and improved the quality properties of paper base products.}, keywords = {Anionic Charge,Cationic polymers,Wet tensile strength,Step wise Regression}, title_fa = {بهبود مقاومتهای فیزیکی کاغذهای دست ساز با کاهش بار آنیونی خمیرکاغذ}, abstract_fa = {مقاومت به کشش تر در فراورده‌های بهداشتی سلولزی بسیار مهم می‌باشد و هنگامی که این فراورده ها با فرایندهای بازیافت تولید می شود به علت عدم ثبات برخی از ویژگی های سوسپانسیون خمیرکاغذ دستیابی به حدود مطلوب ویژگی های کیفی دشوار است. به نظر می رسد ارتباط قوی تری بین مقاومت به کشش در حالت تر و میزان بار آنیونی سوسپانسیون خمیر کاغذ وجود داشته باشد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از مقادیر مختلف دو نوع پلیمرهای کاتیونی ابتدا بار آنیونی سوسپانسیون خمیر کاغذ به تدریج کاهش و سپس با اضافه نمودن پلیمر افزاینده مقاومت به کشش تر و عامل تثبیت کننده آن کاغذهای دست ساز با ویژگی های مقاومتی مختلف ساخته شد. نوع و مقدار مصرف پلیمر های کاتیونی تأثیر معنی داری بر کاهش بار آنیونی دوغاب خمیر کاغذ و در نتیجه افزایش مقاومت به کشش تر و سایر ویژگی های مقاومتی کاغذهای دست ساز داشت. تأثیر پلیمرها در بهترین شرایط باعث شد بار آنیونی از eq/Lµ 237 در نمونه شاهد به eq/Lµ32 کاهش یابد تا مقاومت به کشش تر از N/m13 به N/m 121، مقاومت به کشش در حالت خشک از N/m 2730 به N/m 2860 و مقاومت به ترکیدگی ازkPa 146 به kPa 160 با استفاده از 135 میلی گرم بر لیتر پلیمر F10 افزایش یافتند. نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام ارتباط میزان بار آنیونی خمیروکاغذ با ویژگی های کاغذهای دست ساز را تایید کرد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که با کاهش بار آنیونی دوغاب خمیر کاغذ جوهرزدایی شده می توان مقاومت به کشش تر و نیز سایر ویژگی های مقاومتی کاغذهای دست ساز را افزایش داد.}, keywords_fa = {بار آنیونی,کشش تر,خمیر جوهرزدایی شده,رگرسیون گام به گام}, url = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_107117.html}, eprint = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_107117_766344f262207ee93c16d854a1107a1b.pdf} }
