Pulping black liquor as a rich residual in biopolymers from plant biomasses, has a great potential in bioenergy and biomaterials. In this study, the effects of surface coating of black liquor from bagasse soda pulping (BLBSP) in raw and filtrated form (as 2.5 g. O.D) with different concentration (30, 37, 44 & repeated 44%) on recycled based paper and its properties were investigated. Totally, the BLBSP filtration improved the paper properties more than the raw type, due to its impurity and coarse materials extraction. Higher concentration and content of the applied coatings enhanced grammage (up to 44%) and reduced water absorption (to <30%), constantly, because of mostly hydrophobic material (lignin and minerals) accumulation which would increase the paper mass and would fill the porous structure, resulted in reduction in water adsorption capacity of the lignocellulosic network. But the optimum treatment respect to the tensile, burst and tear strengths was the lowest applied concentration, which are attributed to the easier BLBSP penetration into the paper structure and its contribution in bonding. Recycled paper usage in packaging purposes require compression and bending strengths that increased by the liquor concentrating as bending stiffness (up to >200%) and compressive crush resistance (up to >150%). In this regard, film formation, thickening the paper and also the effective role of lignin could be noted beside the bonding enhancement. Repeatedly application of the BLBSP no significantly improved the almost properties, but also decreased them.}, keywords = {Biorefinery,Bagasse Soda Black Liquor,Paper Coating}, title_fa = {پالایش زیستی مایع سیاه خمیرکاغذسازی سودای باگاس به عنوان اندود سطحی کاغذ با پایه بازیافتی}, abstract_fa = {اخیراً پالایش زیستی به‌عنوان توسعه‌دهنده برجسته صنایع فراورده‌های جنگلی، مورد پیگیری جدی قراردارد. مایع سیاه فرایندهای خمیرکاغذسازی به‌عنوان پسماندی سرشار از بیوپلیمرهای تولیدی در زیست‌توده‌های گیاهی، از پتانسیل بالائی برای تولید بیومواد و بیوانرژی برخوردارست. در این پژوهش، تاثیر اندودسازی سطحی مایع سیاه خمیرکاغذسازی سودای باگاس (5/2 گرم خشک) در دو حالت خام و تصفیه‌شده با غلظت‌های مختلف (30، 37، 44 و دوباره %44) بر کاغذ پایه بازیافتی و ویژگی‌های آن بررسی گردید. بطورکلی، فیلترکردن مایع مزبور بواسطه حذف مواد ناخالص و درشت موجب برتری ویژگی‌ها نسبت به حالت فیلرنشده گردید. افزایش غلظت و میزان اندود اعمالی، افزایش گرماژ (تا 44%) و کاهش جذب آب (به کمتر از %30) را پیوسته به‌همراه داشت، چراکه انباشت مواد عمدتاً غیرآبدوست (لیگنین و مواد معدنی) علاوه بر افزایش جرم و پرکردن منافذ ساختار کاغذ؛ کاهش قابلیت جذب آب بستر لیگنوسلولزی را به‌همراه دارد. لیکن تیمار بهینه از منظر مقاومت‌های کشش، ترکیدن و پارگی در پاین‌ترین غلظت اندود بدست‌آمد که نفوذ سهل‌تر لیکور رقیق به‌درون ساختار کاغذ و نیز مشارکت در پیوندیابی را می‌توان استدلال نمود. کاربرد کاغذهای بازیافتی در بسته‌بندی، مقاومت‌های فشاری و خمشی کاغذ را طلب نموده که افزایش غلظت لیکور اندودساز، مقاومت‌های سفتی خمشی (تا بیش از 200 درصد) و فشاری لهیدگی (تا بیش از 150 درصد) را افزایش داد. علاوه بر تقویت پیوندیابی، تشکیل فیلم، افزایش ضخامت کاغذ و نیز سهم به‌سزای لیگنین در این راستا قابل ذکرست. اعمال دوبار لیکورهای پخت نه‌تنها بهبود چشمگیری را در غالب ویژگی‌ها بوجود نیاورد، بلکه منجر به کاهش نیز گردید.}, keywords_fa = {پالایش زیستی,مایع سیاه سودای باگاس,اندودسازی کاغذ}, url = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_113418.html}, eprint = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_113418_940de583cd11024de3176ea4a0d28053.pdf} }
