These reactions result discoloration and brightness reversion in pulps. In this research, chemi-mechanical pulps were selected randomly from Mazandaran pulp and paper mill and were bleached separately by P, H, PH and HP sequences and sheets with 60 gr/m2 gramage were prepared from these bleached pulps. All the prepared papers went through thermal aging, separately at 0, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours at 1050C in oven, and their optical properties, including, their brightness, their a, b and L factor, α exponent, yellowness, opacity, K/S ratio, and PC number before and after thermal aging were measured and compared based on TAPPI standard. The results of this study showed that, during thermal aging from 0 to 48 h, paper optical properties such as brightness, L and a factor were decreased and b factor, yellowness, α, K/S ration and PC number were increased. As a result, bleaching by P and HP sequences had the highest amount of brightness and L factor and lowest amount of a and b factor, α exponent, yellowness, K/S ratio and PC number. Therefore, these bleaching sequences had important influences on brightness stability and decrease in paper brightness reversion and increasing their durability against thermal degradation.}, keywords = {chemi-mechanical pulp,thermal aging,PC number,Optical properties,Sodium Hypochlorite,hydrogen peroxide}, title_fa = {تاثیر کهنه‌سازی حرارتی روی تغییر رنگ و خواص نوری خمیر کاغذ CMP رنگبری شده با توالی یک و دو مرحله‌ای هیپوکلریت سدیم و پراکسید هیدروژن}, abstract_fa = {                                                                                                  DOR: 98.1000/1735-0913.1397.33.467.65.4.1578.32 خمیرهای مکانیکی بازده بالا و شیمیایی-مکانیکی مستعد واکنش‌های اکسیداسیون-نوری و حرارتی هستند که سبب تغییر رنگ و برگشت روشنی این خمیرها می‌شود. در این تحقیق، از خمیر کاغذ شیمیایی-مکانیکی ( CMP) کارخانه چوب و کاغذ مازندران به صورت تصادفی نمونه‌برداری شد. خمیرهای شیمیایی-مکانیکی (CMP) تهیه شده، به صورت جداگانه با توالی‌های P، H، PH و HP رنگبری شدند و از آنها کاغذ دست‌ساز با گراماژ gr/m2 60 تهیه گردید. کلیه کاغذهای مذکور، در زمان‌های صفر، 12، 24، 36 و 48 ساعت و در دمای °C105 در داخل آون، کهنه‌سازی حرارتی شدند و خواص نوری آنها از قبیل: روشنی، فاکتورهای L، a و b، ضریب برگشت روشنی (α)، زردی، ماتی، نسبت جذب نور به پخش نور (K/S) و تغییر رنگ (PC)، قبل و بعد از کهنه‌سازی طبق آزمون‌های استاندارد TAPPI اندازه‌گیری و مقایسه گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که در طی کهنه‌سازی حرارتی از صفر تا 48 ساعت، خواص نوری کاغذ مانند روشنی و فاکتورهای L و a کاهش و فاکتور b، درجه زردی، ضریب α، نسبت K/S و تغییر رنگ (PC) افزایش داشته‌اند. در کل، از میان توالی‌های رنگبری بررسی شده در این تحقیق، رنگبری با توالی‌های P و HP، بیشترین میزان روشنی، فاکتور L، و کمترین میزان فاکتورهای a و b ، ضریب α، زردی، نسبت K/S و عدد PC را داشتند. بنابراین این توالی‌های رنگبری، تاثیر و اهمیت زیادی در پایداری روشنی و کاهش برگشت رنگ کاغذ و در نتیجه افزایش دوام آن در برابر تخریب حرارتی داشته‌اند.}, keywords_fa = {خمیر CMP,کهنه‌سازی حرارتی,تغییر رنگ,خواص نوری,هیپوکلریت سدیم,پراکسید هیدروژن}, url = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_116886.html}, eprint = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_116886_746b53be1d36c81f9b2d5f781d005c6c.pdf} }
