For this purpose, was used of 80 grams long fiber handsheet paper Prepared from Mazandaran wood and paper factory. For the preparation of coating material, 1% poly lactic acid in chloroform and 1% chitosan and nano chitosan in acetic acid were prepared. In both methods, up to three layers of coating were finally applied and the final layer in each treatment was poly lactic acid. The paper samples were then dried in an oven at a temperature of about 100 ° C. In the composite method, each material (chitosan and nano-chitosan) was mixed independently with poly lactic acid on a magnetic stirrer and then seating on a base paper. Finally, all papers were performed for barrier tests including contact angle measurement, water absorption (Cobb) and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) and resistance tests including burst resistance and air penetration resistance. Based on the results, the barrier properties of the coated Samples in both methods (layer by layer and composite) were increased compared to the control sample. Also, the results of the study of composite and layer by layer methods showed that the LBL method causes more prohibition in the paper and increases the amount of prohibition with increasing the number of coating layers. It is worth noting, however, that between the second and third layers of coating, changes were less pronounced. These changes were observed in both the LBL and composite methods. Air Resistance was also increased in the coated samples.}, keywords = {chitosan,Coating,nano chitosan,packing paper and polylactic acid}, title_fa = {اثر پوشش‌دهی کاغذ ‌بسته‌بندی با کمپلکس پلی‌لاکتیک‌اسید-کیتوزان و پلی‌لاکتیک‌اسید- نانو کیتوزان}, abstract_fa = {DOR:98.1000/1735-0913.1398.34.507.69.4.1575.1606 هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر پوشش‌دهی کاغذ ‌بسته‌بندی با کمپلکس پلی‌لاکتیک‌اسید-کیتوزان و پلی‌لاکتیک-اسید- نانو کیتوزان به دو روش لایه به لایه و کامپوزیت بوده است. بدین منظور از کاغذ دست ساز 80 گرمی الیاف بلند تهیه شده از کارخانه چوب و کاغذ مازندران استفاده شد. برای تهیه مواد پوشش دهی، پلی لاکتیک اسید 1 درصد در کلرفرم و کیتوزان ونانوکیتوزان 1 درصد در اسید استیک تهیه گردید. در هر دو روش، نهایتا تا سه لایه پوشش انجام شد و در هر یک از تیمارها لایه نهایی، پلی لاکتیک اسید بود. سپس نمونه‌های کاغذ در آون با دمای حدود 100 درجه سانتی گراد خشک شدند. در روش کامپوزیت هریک از مواد ( کیتوزان و نانو کیتوزان ) به طور مستقل با پلی لاکتیک اسید روی همزن مغناطیسی مخلوط و سپس روی کاغذ پایه نشانده ‌شدند. در نهایت تمامی کاغذ‌‌ها برای انجام تست‌های ممانعتی شامل اندازه‌گیری زاویه تماس، آزمون جذب آب ( Cobb ) و سرعت انتقال بخار آب (WVTR) و تست‌های مقاومتی شامل مقاومت به ترکیدن و مقاومت به نفوذ هوا انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده ویژگی‌های ممانعتی در نمونه های پوشش داده شده در هر دو روش ( لایه به لایه و کامپوزیت ) نسبت به نمونه شاهد افزایش یافت. همچنین نتایج حاصل از بررسی روش های کامپوزیت و لایه به لایه ، نشان داد که روش لایه به لایه سبب ایجاد ممانعت بیشتر در کاغذ می شود و با افزایش تعداد لایه های پوشش، ممانعت ایجاد شده افزایش می یابد. البته شایان ذکر است که در بین لایه دوم و سوم پوشش، تغییرات با شدت کمتری دیده شد. این تغییرات هم در روش لایه به لایه و هم در روش کامپوزیت مشاهده شد. مقاومت به نفوذ هوا نیز در نمونه‌های پوشش داده شده افزایش یافت.}, keywords_fa = {پوشش دهی,پلی لاکتیک اسید,کاغذ بسته‌بندی,کیتوزان,نانوکیتوزان}, url = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_120864.html}, eprint = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_120864_873e9ee7a09263c100ae4f4936cf9c23.pdf} }
