تاثیر کربنات کلسیم رسوبی و پروتئین سویا بر ویژگیهای خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی از کاغذهای باطله چاپی و نوشتاری
DOR:98.1000/1735-0913.1397.33.311.64.3.1578.1610 لزوم بازیافت انواع کاغذ و مقوا از جنبههای مختلف روشن است و ارزش افزوده چشمگیری را بویژه در مورد کاغذهای چاپ و نوشتاری بههمراه دارد. امکان کاربرد و نیز افزایش سهم پرکنندههای معدنی در کاغذسازی مورد توجه روزافزون بوده و درصورت افزودن به خمیرکاغذهای بازیافتی، مضاعفشدن مزایا را دربر دارد؛ که اخیراً مورد پژوهش قرار گرفتهاست. ماهیت الیاف بازیافتی و نیز تمایل به کاربرد پرکننده، استفاده از افزودنیهای مقاومت خشک را اجتنابناپذیر ساخته که چسبهای طبیعی و اقتصادی برای این هدف، همیشه مورد جستجو است. در این راستا، تاثیر پرکننده کربنات کلسیم رسوبی (PCC) و پروتئین سویا بر ویژگیهای خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی کاغذهای باطله چاپ و نوشتاری بررسیشد. تصاویر SEM ماندگاری پرکنندهها را تائیدنموده و با نتایج خاکستر کاغذ نیز سازگار است، لیکن افزایش سهم پرکننده منجر به کاهش خاکستر گردید. پروتئین سویا بهبود ماندگاری پرکننده اولیه موجود در خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی و نیز PCC را موجب شد. نگهداشت پرکننده اولیه منجر به افزایش ماندگاری کل در حضور پروتئین سویا شده و تاثیر مشابهی نیز در کاربرد همزمان PCC و پروتئین سویا نسبت به عدم حضور پروتئین قابلگزارش است. بطوریکه عدم کاربرد پروتئین منجر به کاهش معنیدار ماندگاری کل خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی گردید. ماهیت پلیمری و دارابودن گروههای عاملی متنوع در زنجیره زیست بسپار پروتئین سویا در استدلال این نتایج قابل ذکرست. افزودن پروتئین سویا منجر به بهبود معنیدار درجه روانی خمیرکاغذ فاقد PCC تا حدود %8 شده که این تاثیر در پیشاختلاط با بالاترین سطح کاربرد PCC (%15) نیز مشاهدهگردید. جایگزینی الیاف بازیافتی با PCC نیز منجر به بهبود معنیدار درجه روانی گردید. نتایج مشاهدهشده درجه روانی توسط زمان آبگیری از خمیرکاغذ نیز تائید گردید. کاربرد PCC در تمامی سطوح 10، 12، %15 و نیز پیش اختلاط آن با پروتئین سویا منجر به کاهش غیرمعنیداری جذب آب کاغذ شد. با اینحال، شاخص کششی کاغذ بواسطه کاربرد PCC و پروتئین سویا کاهش یافت.

بررسی تأثیر مدیریت زبالههای آنیونی از طریق خارجسازی و خنثیسازی مواد محلول و کلوئیدی (DCS) بر ویژگیهای خمیر و کاغذCMP
DOR:98.1000/1735-0913.1397.33.322.64.3.1576.80 طی فرآیند تولید کاغذ، خصوصاً هنگامی که از خمیرهای مکانیکی یا خمیرهای بازیافتی استفاده میشود مقدار زیادی مواد محلول و کلوئیدی (DCS) تشکیل شده و در آب فرآیندی پراکنده یا حل میشوند. تجمع DCS طی عملیات کاغذسازی با افزایش بسته شدن سیستمهای آب فرآیندی، اثرات زیانآور مختلفی را بر فرآیندهای کاغذسازی و محصولات کاغذی میگذارد. بنابراین حذف یا کنترل DCS به منظور غلبه و یا کاهش اثرات منفی این مواد مزاحم، امری کاملاً ضروری است.در این تحقیق تأثیر خنثیسازی زبالههای آنیونی با استفاده از خنثیکنندههای مختلف و همچنین شستوشوی خمیر (خارجسازی زبالههای آنیونی) بر ویژگیهای خمیر و کاغذ CMP مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور بعد از آمادهسازی اولیه خمیرهای شیمیایی- مکانیکی (CMP) و خمیر الیاف بلند کرافت رنگبری شده و اختلاط این خمیرها با یکدیگر، ماده پرکننده معدنی کربنات کلسیم رسوبی (PCC) اضافه گردید. سپس عامل کمک نگهدارنده کاتیونی که در این تحقیق پلیاکریلآمید کاتیونی بوده است، به مخلوط اضافه گردید. جهت خنثیسازی و کاهش اثرات منفی زبالههای آنیونی، سطوح مختلف پلیدادمک با جرم مولکولی 200000 – 100000 (025/0، 05/0، 1/0، 15/0 درصد) و پلیآلومینیومکلراید (پک) (1/0، 25/0، 5/0 درصد) قبل از افزودن عامل کمک نگهدارنده اضافه شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از خنثیکنندههای مختلف موجب بهبود پتانسیلزتا و زمان آبگیری، افزایش ماندگاری کل شده است؛ اما موجب کاهش شاخص مقاومت به ترکیدگی شده که به لحاظ آماری معنیدار نبوده است. تیمار شستوشو و آبگیری خمیرکاغذ CMPموجب کاهش COD و یا به عبارتی دیگر کاهش میزان زبالههای آنیونی با منشأ آلی در خمیر کاغذ شده است. تیمار شستوشوی خمیر موجب بهبود زمان آبگیری از خمیر، ماندگاری کل گردیده است، اما شاخص مقاومت به ترکیدگی را کاهش داده است. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، میتوان استفاده از پلیالکترولیتهای کاتیونی را به عنوان راهکار مناسب جهت کاهش اثرات مضر زبالههای آنیونی و ماندگاری بیشتر اجزای سوسپانسیون معرفی کرد

بررسی تأثیر استفاده از نانو الیاف سلولزی و خمیرکاغذ شیمیایی وارداتی روی کاغذ بادوام ساخته شده از الیاف زیرشانه

در صنعت نساجی الیاف زیرشانه از لحاظ طول و قطر در محدودهای قرار دارند که در صنایع خمیرکاغذ و بهخصوص ساخت کاغذهای بادوام بهعنوان ماده اولیه مناسب میتوان استفاده نمود؛ بنابراین این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی بهبود ویژگیهای کاغذ بادوام ساخته شده از الیاف زیرشانه با استفاده از نانو الیاف سلولزی انجام شد. در این بررسی خمیرکاغذ الیاف زیرشانه و خمیرکاغذ شیمیایی وارداتی از یکی از کارخانههای تهیه کاغذ بادوام تهیه و به آزمایشگاه انتقال یافت. نانو الیاف سلولزی از شرکت نانو نوین پلیمر تهیه و در چهار سطح 0، 3/0، 6/0 و 9/0 درصد مصرف شد. پس از اختلاط خمیرکاغذ با نانو الیاف سلولزی در درصدهای مشخص، کاغذهای دستساز 90 گرمی ساخته شد و در نهایت خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی کاغذهای ساختهشده حاصل از خمیرکاغذهای مختلف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش نانو الیاف سلولزی تا 9/0 درصد شاخص مقاومت کششی، شاخص مقاومت به ترکیدن، شاخص مقاومت به پاره شدن و مقاومت به تا شدن نسبت به نمونه شاهد به ترتیب 7/22، 9/38، 7/7 و 348 درصد افزایش یافت. با افزایش نانو الیاف سلولزی تا 9/0 درصد صافی سطح نسبت به نمونه شاهد، 9/7 درصد افزایش و تخلخل، و جذب آب نسبت به نمونه شاهد به ترتیب 69 و 9/7 درصد کاهش یافت. نتایج SEM نیز نشان داد با افزایش درصد نانو الیاف سلولزی خلل و فرج بسیار کمی مشاهده شد.

مقایسه تاثیر الیاف سلولزی و الیاف پشم سنگ بر مقاومت های مکانیکی و ضربه بالستیک نانوکامپوزیت اپوکسی-بنتونیت

امروزه پژوهش پیرامون کاربرد بهینه منابع طبیعی در تولید فراوردهها بجای منابع فسیلی و تجدیدناپذیر از اهمیت روزافزونی برخوردارست. منابع سلولزی بهعنوان اتکای آتی فراوردههای سبز و منابع معدنی بهعنوان موادی فراوان، ارزان و دردسترس بویژه در ایران؛ گزینههای مناسبی برای تولید فراوردههای متنوع هستند. بنابراین تاثیر کاربرد (25/0 و 5/0 درصد جرم کامپوزیت) الیاف سلولزی و پشم سنگ در حضور (1/0 و 2/0 درصد جرم کامپوزیت) و عدم حضور نانوبنتونیت بر ویژگیهای متداول و ویژه کامپوزیت با بستر رزین اپوکسی بررسی گردید. ویژگیهای مقاومت کششی (9/47 مگاپاسکال)، مدول گسیختگی (3/86 مگاپاسکال) و مدول الاستیسیته (2100 مگاپاسکال) کامپوزیت اپوکسی/الیاف معدنی و نیز نانوکامپوزیت اپوکسی/بنتونیت نسبت به کامپوزیت اپوکسی/الیاف سلولزی از برتری برخوردار بودهاست. با این حال در کامپوزیت اپوکسی/الیاف سلولزی میزان جذب انرژی ضربه بالستیک بیشتر و مساحت تخریبشده ناشی از ضربه مزبور کمتر از کامپوزیت اپوکسی/الیاف معدنی بوده و حفاظت بیشتری از کامپوزیت در برابر ضربه بالستیک ایجاد گردید. ویژگیهای کششی، گسیختگی و الاستیسیته تابع نوع و میزان کاربرد تلفیقی نانوبنتونیت و الیاف طبیعی در کامپوزیت بوده و بطور کلی الیاف معدنی موفقتر از الیاف سلولزی در ماتریس اپوکسی/نانوبنتونیت عمل نمودهاست. در نقطه مقابل، انرژی ضربه بالستیک جذبشده توسط کامپوزیت و نیز مساحت تخریبشده، در نانوکامپوزیتهای الیاف سلولزی موفقتر از الیاف معدنی بودهاست. بنحویکه بیشترین مقادیر مشاهدهشده انرژی جنبشی جذبشده (7/60 ژول) و کمترین سطح تخریبشده (7/10 سانتیمترمربع)، از کاربرد بالاترین سطح الیاف سلولزی (%5/0) و نانوبنتونیت (%2/0) بدستآمد.

تاثیر پیشهیدرولیز بر روی لیگنینزدایی چوب ممرز

در این تحقیق تاثیر پیش هیدرولیز قلیایی خرده چوب ممرز در هیدروکسید سدیم با غلظتهای 5، 5/7 و 10 درصد (بر مبنای وزن خشک چوب) و دو دمای 60 و 90 درجه سانتیگراد، مطالعه شده است. خرده چوب پیش فرآوری شده و خرده چوب شاهد با فرآیند سودا در شرایط ثابت خمیر کاغذ تبدیل شده است. مقدارهمی سلولزهای خارج شده و هیدروکسید سدیم مصرف شده پس از پیش هیدرولیز قلیایی و بازده، درجه روانی، عدد کاپا و مقاومتهای خمیر کاغذ سودا ساخته شده ازخرده چوب هیدرولیز شده و شاهد اندازه گیری شده است. تاثیر غلظت هیدروکسید سدیم و دمای پیش هیدرولیز در ویژگی های اندازه گیری شده تجزیه و تحلیل آماری شده است. پیش هیدرولیز قلیایی تا 2/4 درصد همیسلولزها (مبنای وزن خشک چوب) را از خرده چوب ممرز خارج کرده است، همچنین بر روی لیگنین زدایی چوب ممرز پیش هیدرولیز شده تاثیر مثبت داشته و بازده کل، وازده پخت و عدد کاپای خمیر کاغذ سودا کاهش یافته است که دلیل آن ضعیف شدن پیوند بین کربوهیدراتها و لیگنین در چوب میباشد. مقاومت در برابرکشش خمیر کاغذ سودا از خرده چوب پیش هیدرولیز شده کاهش یافته و با زیاد شدن غلظت هیدروکسید سدیم مقدار مقاومت به کشش کاهش یافته و مقدار آن کمتر از نمونه شاهد می باشد. مقاومت در برابر پاره شدن خمیر کاغذ از خرده چوب های پیش فرآوری شده نیز به میزان جزیی کاهش یافته ولی تاثیر عوامل مورد بررسی بر آن معنی دار نشده است که علت آن حذف بخشی از همی سلولز ها و ضعیف شدن الیاف در مرحله جداسازی الیاف و بریده شدن آنها بوده است.

بررسی تاثیر استفاده از فرایند لیگنین زدایی با اکسیژن برروی ویژگی های خمیرکاغذ کرافت پوست کنف

حذف عمده لیگنین خمیرکاغذ گامی مهم در بهبود فرایند رنگبری است. درحقیقت اجرای مرحله لیگنینزدایی با اکسیژن قبل از فرایند رنگبری، مرحلهای اساسی در بهینهسازی و کاهش آلودگی فرایند رنگبری خواهد بود. در این پژوهش، تاثیر اجرای فرایند لیگنینزدایی با اکسیژن تحت شرایط فرایندی متفاوت برروی ویژگیهای شیمیایی، فیزیکی، مکانیکی و نوری خمیرکاغذ کرافت پوست کنف بررسی گردید. خمیرکاغذ کرافت پوست کنف با عدد کاپای 22، گرانروی 1154 میلیلیتر بر گرم و درجه روشنی 38 درصد ایزو آمادهسازی گردید. تیمارهای لیگنینزدایی با اکسیژن در سه درجه حرارت 90، 100 و 110، با مقادیر 5 و 7 بار فشار اکسیژن و با و بدون مصرف سولفات منیزیم انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اجرای فرایند لیگنینزدایی با اکسیژن بهمیزان قابل توجهی عدد کاپای خمیرکاغذ را کاهش داد، حال آنکه گرانروی خمیرکاغذ کاهش چشمگیری نیافت. اندازهگیری گرانروی خمیرکاغذها پس از فرایند لیگنینزدایی، نشان داد که مصرف سولفات منیزیم سبب جلوگیری از کاهش گرانروی خمیرکاغذها گردید. افزایش دمای واکنش در بهبود فرایند تاثیر بسزایی داشته، درحالیکه افزایش فشار اکسیژن برروی فرایند تاثیر چندانی نداشت. میزان روشنی خمیرکاغذها نیز درحدود 7 واحد افزایش یافت.

هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر pH در عملکرد آنزیم سلولاز بر خواص آبگیری و مقاومتی خمیر کاغذ OCC میباشد. خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی OCC با درصد خشکی 4 درصد، در شرایط ثابت درجه حرارت 50 درجه سانتیگراد، مدت زمان 1 ساعت، و محدوده pH اسیدی (5/4-4) و قلیایی (5/8-8) با آنزیم سلولاز در سه سطح 1/0، 3/0، 5/0 درصد( بر اساس وزن خشک خمیر کاغذ) پیشتیمار شدند. نتایج نشان داد پیش تیمار آنزیمی سلولاز موجب افزایش درجهروانی خمیرکاغذ در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد گردید، همچنین در pH اسیدی بهطور نسبی افزایش بیشتر درجهروانی پس از تیمار با آنزیم سلولاز مشاهدهشد، اما با افزایش غلظت آنزیم، درجهروانی خمیرکاغذ کاهش یافت. در 5/4-4:pH بیشترین درجهروانی در سطح 1/0 درصد و در 5/8-8:pH در سطح 3/0 درصد میباشد. همچنین، کاغذها از نظر ویژگی مقاومتی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد، با افزایش مصرف آنزیم سلولاز، شاخصهای مقاومت به کشش و مقاومت به ترکیدن، افزایش یافتهاند، بهطوریکه در pH های قلیایی تأثیر آنزیم سلولاز بر افزایش این مقاومتها بیشتر از pH اسیدی بودهاست. شاخص مقاومت به پارگی خمیرکاغذ OCC، فقط در مقادیر کم مصرف آنزیم سلولاز و در pH اسیدی، افزایش مقاومت مشاهده شد ولی با افزایش مصرف آنزیم کاهش مقاومت به پارگی دیدهشد، همچنین برای مقاومت به لهیدگی، روند مشخصی در خصوص مقدار مصرف آنزیم و pH بر عملکرد آنزیم مشاهدهنگردید.

ارزیابی ویژگی های کامپوزیت ساخته شده از آرد ساقه آفتابگردان و پلیمر طبیعی پلی لاکتیک اسید
DOR:98.1000/1735-0913.1397.33.391.64.3.1575.1583 در این تحقیق اثر استفاده از پلیمر طبیعی پلی لاکتیک اسید و مقدار ماده جفت کننده MAPP بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی و مکانیکی کامپوزیت ساخته شده با آرد ساقه آفتابگردان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بدین جهت سه سطح 50، 60 و70 درصد پلیمر پلی لاکتیک اسید و MAPP در دو سطح 4 و 6 درصد وزن خشک پلیمر به عنوان عوامل متغییر مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. سپس خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی نمونههای آزمونی شامل پایداری ابعادی، مقاومت و مدول کششی، مقاومت و مدول خمشی و مقاومت به ضربه اندازه گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش مقدار پلیمر پلی لاکتیک اسید و کاهش سهم ذرات آرد ساقه آفتابگردان و افزایش 6 درصدی MAPP، مقاومتهای خمشی، کششی و مقاومت به ضربه افزایش و پایداری ابعادی کامپوزیت ها بهبود یافت. اما در مقابل مدول کششی و خمشی کامپوزیت های حاصل کاهش یافت. اگرچه با بررسی نتایج مشخص شد که ویژگی های فیزیکی و مکانیکی کامپوزیت های ساخته شده با این پلیمر و ذرات آرد ساقه آفتابگردان قابل رقابت با سایر کامپوزیت های ساخته شده با پلیمرهای شیمیایی و در بعضی موارد بهتر از آنها نیز بوده است.

بررسی ساخت اصولی سازه چوبی در مجتمع تحقیقاتی البرز

با رعایت کامل اصول اتصالات چوبی و حفاظتی در اجرای این طرح گونه کاج الدار را بدلیل دارا بودن خواص مکانیکی مناسب و در دسترس بودن جهت ساخت یک سازه چوبی بشکل آلاچیق انتخاب نمودیم آلاچیق مورد نظر به صورت هشت ضلعی بدون ستون داخلی با نرم افزار کامپیوتری Sketch up طراحی شده و در محوطه مجتمع تحقیقاتی البرز با درختان قطع شده از این مجتمع بنا گردید. در ساخت این سازه کلیه مراحل آماده سازی قطعات چوبی از نظر خشک کردن بطور کاملا اصولی و خشک کردن در هوای آزاد در طول شش ماه انجام گردید سقف سازه چوبی نیز با استفادها از چوب کاج الدار بصورت لمبه کوبی ساخته شد در برپا کردن سقف از روش اتصال خورشیدی که الوارها بر روی یک هشت ضلعی چوبی با استفاده از حالت کام و زبانه و کمکی فلزی استفاده گردید. پنجره ها بصورت کشویی ساخته شدند تا فضای کمتری را اشغال کنند. بعداز اتمام ساخت طی دوره سه ماه با بازبینی قطعات مختلف در قسمت های مختلف سازه و اندازه گیریهای فیزیکی مانند میزان دانسیته، همکشیدگی و واکشیدگی و مکانیکی مانند آزمایش مقاومت به سختی و مقاومت به ضربه و حفاظتی بازبینی قسمتهای مختلف از نظر آلودگی قارچی و پوسیدگی سازه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با توجه به اینکه مدت کوتاهی از آغاز مرحله اندازه گیری می گذرد تغییرات در مراحل اولیه اندازه گیری از نظر آماری معنی دارنبوده ولی در آخرین مرحله شاهد کاهش وزن مخصوص در حدود 5% و کاهش مقاومت به سختی در حدود 8% بوده است علائم همکشیدگی و واکشیدگی در قسمتهای مختلف آن به چشم می خورد.

همبستگی بین پارامترهای آوندی و ویژگیهای خشک شدن چوبهای پهنبرگ؛ مطالعه موردی: گونههای راش (Fagus orientalis) و بلوط (Quercus castaneifolia)

در این تحقیق، اثرات ویژگیهای آوندی شامل قطر و فراوانی آوندها و میزان تخلخل بر سرعت خشکشدن و برون-سختی چوبهای راش (Fagus Orientalis) و بلوط (Quercus castaneifolia) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور، تختههای مماسی به ابعاد80×50×170 میلیمتر بهترتیب در جهتهای طولی، شعاعی و مماسی از چوببرون این گونهها بریده شد و در یک خشک کن آزمایشگاهی به روش جابجایی هوای گرم و در دمای ۵۰ درجه سانتیگراد و رطوبت نسبی ۵۰ درصد از رطوبت سبز تا میانگین رطوبت نهایی ۸ درصد خشک شدند. پس از خشک شدن، شدت برون سختی تختههای خشک شده با برش نمونههای چنگالی شکل تعیین شد. برای بررسیهای میکروسکوپی و اندازهگیری ویژگیهای آوندی از روش گچ و ماژیک و نرم افزارImageJ استفاده شد و همبستگی پیرسون بین پارامترهای آوندی و ویژگیهای خشک شدن با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که نقش فراوانی آوندها و تخلخل در سرعت خشک شدن این چوبها مهمتر بوده ولی از نقش قطر آوندها میتوان چشمپوشی کرد؛ بهطوریکه علیرغم بیشتر بودن قطر آوندها در چوب بلوط، سرعت خروج آب آزاد در این چوب کمتر از چوب راش بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی بین برون سختی و متوسط اندازه آوندی مثبت و معنیدار است ولی بین تخلخل و برون سختی همبستگی منفی معنیداری مشاهده شد.

تأثیر استفاده از سیستم های دو ترکیبی نشاسته کاتیونی_ نانوسیلیکا و نانوسلولز_ پلیاکریلآمید بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی و مقاومتی کاغذهای دستساز حاصل از خمیرکاغذ شیمیایی پنبه

این تحقیق به مقایسه استفاده از سیستم های دو ترکیبی مواد افزودنی شامل استفاده از نشاسته کاتیونی_ نانوسیلیکا و استفاده از نانوسلولز_ پلیاکریلآمید کاتیونی روی ویژگیهای فیزیکی و مقاومتی کاغذهای حاصل از پنبه پرداخته شدهاست. برای این کار خمیرکاغذ شیمیایی الیاف پنبه رنگبری شده با پروکسید با درجهروانی ˚SR 45 تهیه و بعد مواد افزودنی فوق با شرایط مشخص (نشاسته کاتیونی 1 و 5/1 درصد، نانوسیلیکا 3/0 و 7/0 درصد، نانوسلولز 1، 2 و 3 درصد و پلیاکریلآمید کاتیونی 3/0، 5/0 و 7/0 درصد) به آن اضافه شده و در پایان از آنها کاغذهای دستساز ۷۰ گرمی ساختهشد. همینطور، کاغذها از نظر ویژگیهای فیزیکی و مقاومتی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که، ترکیب پلیاکریلآمید کاتیونی و نانوسلولز تأثیر چندانی در افزایش اکثر مقاومتهای خمیر شیمیایی پنبه نداشتهاست. بهطوریکه، دانسیته کاهش، مقاومت در برابر کشش کاهش، مقاومت در برابر پارهشدن افزایش داشته و تأثیر معنیداری در مقاومت به تاخوردن نداشتهاست. در-حالیکه، استفاده از ترکیب نشاسته کاتیونی و نانوسیلیکا، اکثر ویژگیهای مقاومتی و دانسیته خمیرکاغذ را بهطور محسوسی افزایش دادهاست. بنابراین، با توجه به نتایج آزمونهای مقاومتی و فیزیکی، میتوان برای افزایش ویژگیهای مقاومتی خمیر شیمیایی پنبه، استفاده از ترکیب نشاسته کاتیونی و نانوسیلیکا را توصیه نمود.

تهیه و بررسی نانوالیاف الکتروریسیشده پلی وینیل الکل و نانوکریستال سلولز

در این پژوهش نانوالیاف کامپوزیتی پلی وینیلالکل (PVA) و نانوکریستال سلولزی (CNC) با فرایند الکتروریسی تهیه شدند. برای انحلال پلیمر PVA از آب یونزدایی شده استفاده شد و از بین غلظتهای 4، 6، 8 و 10 درصد وزنی PVA، الیاف سالم در غلظت 8 درصد تولید شدند. برای تولید نانوالیاف با استحکام بیشتر، CNC در مقادیر 5/0، 1، 5/1 و 2 درصد بر اساس درصد وزنی PVA به محلول پلیمر افزوده شد و طراحی آزمایشات بر اساس روش تاگوچی برای رسیدن به قطر کمتر از 100 نانومتر، با متغیرهای ولتاژ الکتریکی، فاصله الکتروریسی، سرعت تغذیه محلول و غلظت CNC انجام شد. برای مقاوم-سازی نانو الیاف در برابر آب از گلوتارآلدهید (GA) به عنوان پیونددهندة عرضی استفاده شد. ویژگیهای مرفولوژیکی و سطحی الیاف با میکروسکوپهای FESEM و SEM بررسی شد. برای بررسی برهمکنشهای شیمیایی مواد از FTIR و از آزمون کرنش کششی برای بررسی خواص استحکامی کامپوزیت نانوالیاف استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج، نانوالیاف با میانگین قطر 16 ± 87 نانومتر در غلظت 5/0 درصد CNC، بهدست آمدند. در اثر افزودن نانوکریستال، مدول الاستیسیته نانوکامپوزیتها افزایش و تخلخل آنها کاهش یافت. غوطهوری نانوکامپوزیتها در محلول گلوتارآلدهید واکشیدگی نانوکامپوزیتها را کاهش داده و مانع از انحلال و پراکندگی آنها در آب شد.

بررسی اثر نانو ژل ولاستونیت بر روی خواص کاربردی چوب سیمان ساخته شده از الیاف کاه برنج

در این مطالعه اثر نانو ژل ولاستونیت در سه سطح (0، 5 و 10 درصد وزنی سیمان) و نسبت اختلاط ماده لیگنو سلولزی به سیمان در سه سطح 10 به 90، 20 به80 و 30 به 70 بر خواص ریزساختاری، مکانیکی، فیزیکی و بیولوژیکی چند سازه ساخته شده از کاه برنج مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به این ترتیب با احتساب 9 تیمار، در مجموع 27 تخته آزمایشگاهی ساخته شد. خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی نمونهها مطابق استاندارد 634-DIN-EN شامل مقاومت خمشی، مدول الاستیسیته، چسبندگی داخلی، جذب آب پس از 2 و 24 ساعت غوطهوری در آب، دانسیته و مقاومت به قارچ اندازهگیری شدند. تصاویر میکروسکوپی SEM جهت بررسی خواص ریز ساختاری چندسازه از نمونهها تهیه شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش نانو ژل ولاستونیت در تختهها مقاومت خمشی ، مدول الستیسیته ، چسبندگی داخلی و دانسیته بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت. همچنین با افزایش نانو ژل ولاستونیت، ثبات ابعادی تختهها و مقاومت به قارچ در مقایسه با نمونه بدونه نانو افزایش یافت. نتایج میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی نیز نشان داد که هیدروکسید کلسیم پس از افزودن نانو ژل ولاستونیت باعث تشکیل ژل کلسیم سیلیکات هیدراته شدهاند.
