تاثیر کهنهسازی حرارتی روی تغییر رنگ و خواص نوری خمیر کاغذ CMP رنگبری شده با توالی یک و دو مرحلهای هیپوکلریت سدیم و پراکسید هیدروژن
DOR: 98.1000/1735-0913.1397.33.467.65.4.1578.32 خمیرهای مکانیکی بازده بالا و شیمیایی-مکانیکی مستعد واکنشهای اکسیداسیون-نوری و حرارتی هستند که سبب تغییر رنگ و برگشت روشنی این خمیرها میشود. در این تحقیق، از خمیر کاغذ شیمیایی-مکانیکی ( CMP) کارخانه چوب و کاغذ مازندران به صورت تصادفی نمونهبرداری شد. خمیرهای شیمیایی-مکانیکی (CMP) تهیه شده، به صورت جداگانه با توالیهای P، H، PH و HP رنگبری شدند و از آنها کاغذ دستساز با گراماژ gr/m2 60 تهیه گردید. کلیه کاغذهای مذکور، در زمانهای صفر، 12، 24، 36 و 48 ساعت و در دمای °C105 در داخل آون، کهنهسازی حرارتی شدند و خواص نوری آنها از قبیل: روشنی، فاکتورهای L، a و b، ضریب برگشت روشنی (α)، زردی، ماتی، نسبت جذب نور به پخش نور (K/S) و تغییر رنگ (PC)، قبل و بعد از کهنهسازی طبق آزمونهای استاندارد TAPPI اندازهگیری و مقایسه گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که در طی کهنهسازی حرارتی از صفر تا 48 ساعت، خواص نوری کاغذ مانند روشنی و فاکتورهای L و a کاهش و فاکتور b، درجه زردی، ضریب α، نسبت K/S و تغییر رنگ (PC) افزایش داشتهاند. در کل، از میان توالیهای رنگبری بررسی شده در این تحقیق، رنگبری با توالیهای P و HP، بیشترین میزان روشنی، فاکتور L، و کمترین میزان فاکتورهای a و b ، ضریب α، زردی، نسبت K/S و عدد PC را داشتند. بنابراین این توالیهای رنگبری، تاثیر و اهمیت زیادی در پایداری روشنی و کاهش برگشت رنگ کاغذ و در نتیجه افزایش دوام آن در برابر تخریب حرارتی داشتهاند.

کاهش رنگ Remozol Black B از پساب با استفاده از باگاس

رنگ فاضلاب به عنوان یک مشکل عمده زیست محیطی مطرح است. تصفیة شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی پساب های حاوی رنگ به دلیل سطح پائین جذب و پایداری شیمیایی مواد رنگی دشوار است. به همین منظور برای جذب این مواد معمولا از کربن فعال استفاده می شود ولی به دلیل قیمت زیاد و مشکلات بازیابی مجدد، محققان درصدد یافتن موادی ارزان قیمت با کارایی جذب بالا و قابل دسترس هستند. در این تحقیق از باگاس برای جذب رنگ RBB استفاده شد و قابلیت آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. متغیر های مورد بررسی غلظت، دما، pH و زمان تماس بود و مقدار جذب در شرایط مختلف بررسی شد. سپس تبعیت ایزوتروم جذب از مدلهای لانگمور و فروندلیچ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که کارایی جذب بیشتر به pH محلول و کمتر به دمای محلول وابسته است. بیشترین مقدار جذب رنگ RBB توسط باگاس در 15 دقیقه اول تماس بود. بررسی ایزوتروم جذب نشان داد که هر دو مدل برای توصیف جذب رنگ RBB با باگاس مناسب است. حداکثر جذب رنگ RBB توسط باگاس برابر 51/7 میلیگرم بر گرم محاسبه شد که در محدود برخی از مواد لیگنو سلولزی میباشد و از برخی مواد دیگر مانند پسماند لیگنو سلولزی کلزا کمتر است.

کاربرد طراحی مرکب مرکزی جهت بهینهسازی پارامترهای پیشتیمار با فراصوت بر مرکبزدایی شیمیایی کاغذ روزنامه باطله

مرکبزدایی بهعنوان یک مرحله تکمیلی در فنآوری بازیافت کاغذهای باطله محسوب میشود که در طی آن ذرات آلاینده و سایر ناخالصیهای موجود در آن حذف شده و الیاف سلولزی بازیافتی به نسبت خالص برای استفاده دوباره در ساخت کاغذ بهدست میآید. در این تحقیق تأثیر بهکارگیری پیشتیمار فراصوت بر مرکبزدایی کاغذهای روزنامه باطله بهروش متداول شیمیایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقدار متغیرهای دمای حمام فراصوت و زمان فراصوت با روش طراحی آزمایش، بهینه شدند. بهاین منظور تعداد 13 آزمایش با روش سطح پاسخ (RSM) و استفاده از طراحی مرکب مرکزی توسط نرم افزار Design Expert 7.0.0 Trial طراحی شد. دو عامل دمای حمام فراصوت و زمان فراصوت در سه سطح مختلف (1-، 0 و 1+) و دو نقطه محوری (α+ و α-) بهعنوان متغیرهای مستقل و از خواص نوری و مکانیکی کاغذهای دستساز بهعنوان متغیر وابسته استفاده شد. سطوح پاسخ و منحنیهای تراز برای نشان دادن اثر متقابل متغیرهای مستقل با پاسخ ایجاد شد. آزمون آنالیز واریانس (ANOVA) نشان داد که مدل درجه دوم بهترین مدل برای بیان تقابل بین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه میباشد. مقادیر پیشبینی شده توسط مدل بدست آمده، با نتایج آزمایشگاهی مطابقت خیلی بالایی داشتند (98/0=R2). مطابق با نتایج ANOVA، مشخص شد تأثیر هریک از متغیرها در خواص بهینه معنیدار است و زمان فراصوت مؤثرترین عامل بر روی پاسخ میباشد. بر اساس نتایج تجربی، شرایط بهینهی پیشنهاد شده برای بیشینه مقدار خواص مکانیکی و نوری کاغذ روزنامه بازیافتی (42/43) دمای حمام فراصوت oC 47 و زمان فراصوت 31 دقیقه میباشد.

آنالیز حرارتی به روشهای TGA و DTA چوب پلیمرحاصل از فورفوریلاسیون دوگونه راش و نراد

تحقیق حاضر با هدف تجزیه و تحلیل حرارتی چوبهای فورفوریلدار شده حاصل از گونه راش (Fagus orientalis) و نراد (Abies alba) انجام گرفت. در این راستا آزمونهها با دو میزان متفاوت فورفوریلاسیون در قالب سطح پایین (نراد 14% و راش 20%) و سطح بالا (نراد 38% و راش 65%)، اشباع و با نمونههای شاهد مقایسه شدهاند. نتایج نشان داد با فورفوریلاسیون و افزایش سطح آن، تغییراتی در نمودارهای TGA وDTA رخ میدهد. در ناحیه اول نمودارهای TGA با فورفوریلاسیون و تغییر سطح آن به دلیل کاهش جذب آب و خروج گازهای فرار طی عملیات فورفوریلاسیون، پایداری حرارتی چوب پلیمرها افزایش یافت، ولی در ناحیه دوم و سوم به دلیل جایگزینی فورفوریل الکل با پایداری حرارتی کمتر و اشتعالپذیرتر در ساختار چوب و تغییرات در ساختار شیمیایی چوب پایداری حرارتی چوب پلیمرها در هر دو گونه کاهش یافت. نتایج بررسی نمودارهای DTA علاوه بر تایید یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل TGA نتایجی را در مورد تاثیر گونههای چوبی بر پایداری حرارتی چوبپلیمرها روشن ساخت. به دلیل تفاوت در مقادیر سلولز و همیسلولزها و لیگنین در ساختار سوزنیبرگان و پهنبرگان، نوع همیسلولزها در دوگونه وتفاوت پایداری حرارتی اجرای مختلف، چوبپلیمرهای حاصل از دوگونه راش و نراد تفاوتهایی در روند تغییر سطح زیر منحنی نمودار DTA، دمای آغاز و دمای پیک نشان دادند.

بررسی تاثیرمیزان رطوبت بر مقاومت چسبندگی کششی شفاف پوشههای سیلر- نیم پلی استر و پلی اورتان اعمال شده به سطح چوب

درتحقیق حاضر تاثیر رطوبت بر مقاومت چسبندگی کششی پوششهای شفاف در سطوح سیلر– نیم-پلیاستر و سیلر– پلیاورتان از گونههای چوب راش و ممرز منطقه شمال کشور مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقادیر PH گونههای چوب راش و ممرز به ترتیب 51/5 و 19/5 به دست آمد. آزمونههای خشک شده برای رسیدن به رطوبتهای 7%، 11% و 15% در شرایط اتاق کلیما قرار گرفتند. پس از آماده سازی و پرداخت، با استفاده از پیستوله، دو لایه سیلر بر روی نمونهها اعمالشد. سپس پوششهای پلیاورتان و نیمپلیاستر بر روی نمونهها اعمال شد. آزمون مقاومت چسبندگی کششی (PULL- OFF) مطابق با استاندارد ASTM D 4541 انجام شد. نتایج نشانداد که بیشترین مقدار مقاومت چسبندگی کششی مربوط به شفافپوشه سیلر- پلیاورتان بر روی گونه چوبی راش با رطوبت 7% و کمترین مقدار مقاومت چسبندگی کششی مربوط به شفافپوشه سیلر- نیمپلی استر بر روی گونه چوبی ممرز با رطوبت 15% بود. نتایج نشان داد، افزایش میزان رطوبت باعث کاهش مقاومت چسبندگی شفاف پوشهها درهر دو گونه میشود.

بررسی وضعیت کارآفرینی سازمانی در شرکتهای دولتی و خصوصی مبلمان

با توجه به رقابت شدید، تغییرات سریع، نیازهای جدید کارکنان و مشتریان و اصلاح شیوههای مدیریت سنتی برای استفاده بهینه از قابلیتهای کارکنان، سازمانهای امروزی باید در راستای بهبود و نهادینهسازی بسترهای سازمانی کارآفرینی تلاش کنند. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی وضعیت کارآفرینی سازمانی در شرکتهای دولتی و خصوصی مبلمان و مقایسه آنها از نظر وضعیت کارآفرینی سازمانی بود. به همین منظور مؤلفههای مختلف کارآفرینی سازمانی در آنها انجام شد تا نقاط قوت و ضعفها مشخص شوند و تصمیمگیرندگان بتوانند با توجه به نتایج حاصل تصمیمهای مناسبی در راستای ارتقای کارآفرینی سازمانی اتخاذ کنند. با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و هدف تحقیق، این پژوهش از نظر روش گردآوری دادهها توصیفی- پیمایشی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه استاندارد شده Margarita Hill (2003) بود و جامعه آماری شامل 963 نفر از سرمایههای انسانی (606 نفر در شرکتهای خصوصی و 357 نفر در شرکتهای دولتی) در 14 شرکت تولید مبلمان (12 شرکت خصوصی و دو شرکت دولتی) در استان تهران بود که بهصورت تصادفی و با رعایت انتساب متناسب (دولتی و خصوصی) و برحسب جدول کرجسی- مورگان حجم نمونهها مشخص شد. برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامهها در این تحقیق از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. برای مقایسه کارآفرینی سازمانی در دو حوزه بخش خصوصی و دولتی از آزمون t دو نمونه مستقل استفاده شد. میانگین امتیاز کارآفرینی سازمانی در شرکتهای دولتی 06/132 و در شرکتهای خصوصی 77/154 بود. انحراف معیار در شرکتهای دولتی 78/28 و در مورد شرکتهای خصوصی 76/25 بود. نتایج آزمون t مستقل نشان داد، مقایسه میانگین کارآفرینی سازمانی بین دو گروه شرکتهای مبلمان دولتی و خصوصی در سطح % 99 معنادار است.

اصلاح شیمیایی سطحی نانوالیاف سلولزی با فتالیمید به منظور ساخت فیلتر هوا برای جذب دی اکسیدکربن
DOR:98.1000/1735-0913.1397.33.531.65.4.32.1606 کاربردهای نانومواد تجدیدپذیر، مانند نانوالیاف سلولز(CNFs)، به دلیل خواص منحصر به فرد شامل: سطح ویژه بالا، ضریب لاغری بالا، زیست تخریپپذیر، دسترسی آسان و گروههای هیدروکسیل واکنشپذیر موجود در سطح اخیراْ مورد توجه بسیاری قرارگرفته است. هدف از این پژوهش، ساخت فیلترهای نانویی تجدیدپذیر هوا با استفاده از CNFs اصلاح شده با فتالیمید میباشد. چون فتالیمید حاوی گروههای آمینی میباشد که برای جذب دیاکسید کربن لازم میباشد. در این تحقیق از روش خشککن انجمادی برای حذف مستقیم آب از ژل CNFs خالص و اصلاح شده با فتالیمید استفاده شد همچنین خواص آئروژلهای CNFsخالص و اصلاح شده با فتالیمید به منظور جذب دی اکسید کربن بررسی گردید. اصلاح CNFs با فتالیمید در اسید استیک با نسبت CNFs به فتالیمید 1: 0، 1: 0.5، 1: 1 و 1: 1.5درصد وزنی انجام شد. خصوصیات شیمیایی و مورفولوژیکی CNFs اصلاح شده با تکنیکهای مختلفی شامل SEM، FTIR-ATR، XRD و TGA بررسی شد. بررسی انجام شده توسط SEM هیچ تغییری در ابعاد و ساختار CNFs اصلاح شده نشان نداد. حضور فتالیمید با ایجاد پیکهای جدید NH2، C-N و استر (〖COO〗^-) بر روی CNFs اصلاح شده با استفاده از آزمون طیف سنجی ATR-FTIR تأیید شد. همچنین، نتایج TGA نشان داد که با افزایش مقدار فتالیمید، پایداری حرارتی کاهش می-یابد که نشاندهنده واکنشپذیری گروهای عاملی فتالیمید باCNFs است. به علاوه، بیشترین جذب دی اکسیدکربن مربوط به فتالیمید 1.5 درصد حدود 50 درصد بود

تعیین و ارزیابی معیارهای مؤثر بر انتخاب و خرید مقوای کنگرهای در واحدهای کارتنسازی با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی

شناخت بازار بهمنظور به دست آوردن موقعیت مناسب، در نظام جدید تولید بینالملل از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. گسترش بازار و تعدد صنایع، سبب اهمیت یافتن رقابتپذیری و همچنین درک صحیح از جایگاه نسبی خود در بازار برای بسیاری از صنایع شده تا از این طریق بتوانند سیاستهای اقتصادی و صنعتی خود را منطبق با شرایط بازار و موقعیت نسبی خود، اتخاذ نمایند. شناخت این مسئله به آنها کمک خواهد کرد تا توانمندیهای خود را در جهت بهبود عملکردشان، ارتقا بخشند. لذا هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین و رتبهبندی معیارهای مؤثر بر انتخاب و خرید مقوا در صنایع کارتنسازی کشور بود. نتایج رتبهبندی نشان داد که در بین 24 شاخصهای فرعی تأثیرگذار در خرید و انتخاب ورقه کارتن در صنایع کارتنسازی، خواص مقاومتی (157/0) از زیر شاخص فنی و کیفی و قیمت تمامشده مقوا (101/0) از زیر شاخص اقتصادی به ترتیب بالاترین اولویت را دارند.157/0) از زیر شاخص فنی و کیفی و قیمت تمامشده مقوا (101/0) از زیر شاخص اقتصادی به ترتیب بالاترین اولویت را دارند.

کنترل عوامل بازدارنده در پالایشگاه زیستی مغز باگاس

در تحقیق حاضر، برای کنترل عوامل بازدارنده در پالایشگاه زیستی، مغز باگاس ابتدا تحت تأثیر هیدرولیز اسیدی رقیق با شرایط %8 اسید سولفوریک، 90 دقیقه و در دمای 120 درجه سانتی گراد پیش تیمار گردید. سپس، با استفاده از روشهای سم زدائی اورلایمینگ، کربن فعال و تلفیق روشهای مذکور نسبت به حذف عوامل بازدارنده از هیدرولیزات بدست آمده از پیش تیمار فوق اقدام شد. در روش اورلایمینگ از هیدروکسید کلسیم و اسید سولفوریک، در روش کربن فعال از کربن فعال در سه سطح (5/0، 5/1 و %5/2) و در روش تلفیقی از ترکیب مواد در دو روش قبلی استفاده شد. پس از تیمار اسیدی و هر کدام از روشهای سمزدائی میزان بازده قندهای احیا شده و نیز مقادیر عوامل بازدارنده فورفورال و هیدروکسی متیل فورفورال موجود در هیدرولیزات، بعنوان دو شاخص مهم، اندازه گیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که اعمال روشهای فوق بر روی هیدرولیزات باعث افزایش بازده قندهای احیا شده می شود بطوریکه بیشترین بازده قند (بیشتر از %32) پس از روش مستقل اورلایمینگ حاصل شد. بعلاوه، در اعمال روشهای مستقل کربن فعال و تلفیقی (اورلایمینگ و کربن فعال) میزان بهینه مصرف کربن فعال به ترتیب %5/2 و 5/1 می باشد. بررسی عوامل بازدارنده در هیدرولیزات نشان داد که فورفورال و هیدروکسی متیل فورفورال حداکثر جذب خود را در طول موجهای 276 و 282 نانومتر دارند. همچنین، روش تلفیقی اورلایمینگ با %5/2 کربن فعال به عنوان بهترین روش توانست تا %100 عوامل بازدارنده را حذف نماید. از طرفی روش مستقل اورلایمینگ با حذف بیش از %90 عوامل عوامل بازدارنده، از بیشترین بازده قند نیز برخوردار است. لذا، با در نظر گرفتن توأمان میزان بازده قند و حذف عوامل بازدارنده، می توان دو گزینه مستقل اورلایمینگ و تلفیقی اورلیمینگ با %5/2 کربن فعال را برای تولید محصولات زیست پایه نظیر بیواتانول، زایلیتول و ... از مغز باگاس پیشنهاد داد.

تأثیر حضور ضایعات ساقه توتون مخلوط با خرده چوب صنعتی بر پایداری ابعادی و خواص مکانیکی تختهخردهچوب

هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی امکان استفاده از ساقه گیاه توتون به همراه خردهچوب صنعتی در صنایع تختهخردهچوب بهعنوان یک ماده ضایعاتی که مصرف مشخصی نداشته و دورریز بوده و دارای قیمت پایین میباشند و به دنبال آن کاهش میزان هزینههای تولید از طریق انتخاب این نوع ماده اولیه کم ارزش، بوده است. برای این منظور، از ذرات حاصل از ساقه گیاه توتون و خردهچوب صنعتی با نسبتهای متفاوت شامل 100:0، 70:30 و 40:60 و با استفاده از دو سطح مصرف چسب 12 و 14 درصد از نوع اوره فرمالدهید (براساس وزن خشک خرده چوب) و زمان پرس 5 دقیقه برای ساخت تختهخردهچوب در نظر گرفته شدند. خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی تختهها شامل واکشیدگی ضخامت بعد از 2 و 24 ساعت غوطهوری در آب و مقاومت خمشی (MOR)، مدول الاستیسیته (MOE) و چسبندگی داخلی (IB) اندازهگیری و کلیه دادهها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که اگرچه افزایش ذرات ساقه توتون منجر به افزایش واکشیدگی ضخامت پس از 2 و 24 ساعت غوطهوری در آب و کاهش مقاومت خمشی، مدول الاستیسیته و چسبندگی داخلی گردید اما همه تختهها حد استاندارد اروپایی (EN) را دارا بودند. افزایش میزان چسب نیز تأثیر معنیداری بر کلیه ویژگیهای تختهها داشت و باعث بهبود خواص گردید. در یک نتیجهگیری کلی و با مقایسه خواص تختههای تولید شده با استاندارداروپایی(EN) مشخص گردید که با استفاده از 60 درصد ساقه توتون و 12 درصد چسب اوره فرمالدهید میتوان تختهخردهچوب با خواص مطلوب تولید نمود. این موضوع نتیجه مثبتی در جهت استفاده از ساقه های گیاه توتون بهعنوان یک نوع پسماند کشاورزی که پس از برداشت برگ های آن بر روی زمین باقی می ماند و به دنبال آن جلوگیری از آلودگیهای زیست محیطی ناشی از سوزاندن این ترکیبات است.

بهینهسازی متغیرهای فرآیندی تولید کربوکسی متیل سلولز از آلفاسلولز حاصله از لینتر پنبه با استفاده از روش پاسخ سطح

کربوکسیمتیل سلولز (CMC) یکی از مهمترین مشتقات سلولزی است که بهطور گسترده در صنعت بهعنوان امولسیون کننده، تثبیت کننده، عامل پراکنده ساز، تغلیضکننده و عامل ژلساز استفاده میشود. ماده خام اصلی برای تولید مشتقات سلولزی، از سلولز موجود در چوب و لینتر پنبه حاصل میگردد. در این تحقیق، آلفاسلولز حاصله از لینتر پنبه برای تولید CMC استفاده گردیده است. فرآیند قلیایی کردن با هیدروکسید سدیم برای استخراج سلولز از آلفاسلولز لینتر پنبه بکار گرفته شد و در ادامه CMC از سلولز تولید گردید. بهینه سازی شرایط واکنش با استفاده از روش پاسخ سطح (RSM) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. طرح آزمایش روش باکس بنکن بود که شامل 3 فاکتور (زمان واکنش، غلظت هیدروکسید سدیم و نسبت جرمی مونوکلرواستیک اسید (MCA) به سلولز در فرآیند اتری کردن) با سه سطح میباشد. بر اساس این طراحی، مقادیر بهینهی متغیرهای مستقل شامل زمان واکنش، غلظت هیدروکسید سدیم و نسبت جرمی MCA به سلولز به ترتیب 23/54 دقیقه، 25/41 % و 44/1 بدست آمد که در این حالت مقادیر DS و ویسکوزیته نیز بترتیب برابر 656/0 و cP 76/6634 بود. برای تعیین مشخصات آلفاسلولز لینتر پنبه و محصولات تولیدی، تبدیل فوریه زیر قرمز (FTIR) نمونههای منتخب CMC بهکار گرفته شد.

مقایسه تاثیر استفاده از نانوالیاف سلولزی و نشاسته کاتیونی با پالایش بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی و مکانیکی کاغذ دست ساز از خمیرکاغذ OCC

به دلایل زیست محیطی و اقتصادی، استفاده از کارتنهای کنگرهای کهنه (OCC) در تولید کاغذ و مقوا، بهعنوان یک راهکار موثر مورد توجه جدی صنایع کاغذ قرار دارد. خواص مقاومتی خمیرکاغذهای بازیافتی بهدلیل مختلفی از جمله پدیده استخوانی شدن ضعیفتر از خمیرکاغذ اولیه است. از این رو روشهای مختلفی از جمله افزودن مواد تقویتی و تیمارهای مکانیکی برای بهبود کیفیت آن مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. بسیاری از واحدهای بازیافت کاغذ بهدلیل تولید کم، محدودیتهایی برای سرمایهگذاری و استفاده از تیمارهای مکانیکی (پالایشگرها) در خط تولید دارند. در این تحقیق، قابلیت استفاده از نشاسته کاتیونی(CS) و نانوالیاف سلولزی(CNF) بهعنوان مواد افزودنی استحکامی در تولید کاغذ و مقوا از خمیرکاغذهای حاصل از کارتن باطله بهعنوان جایگزینی برای پالایش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش، نشاسته کاتیونی در یک سطح (2 درصد) و نانوالیاف سلولزی در 3 سطح (2، 4، 6 درصد) استفاده و با نمونههای شاهد (با پالایش و بدون پالایش) مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از 2 درصد CS و 4 درصد CNF در ساخت کاغذ از OCC باعث بهبود شاخص مقاومت به کشش، ترکیدن معادل و حتی بیشتر از اثر پالایش گردید، ضمن اینکه مدت آبگیری و دانسیته تقریبا شرایط مشابهای داشتند. بنابراین شرایط فوق الذکر بهعنوان جایگزین پالایش در واحدهای کوچک بازیافت کاغذ باطله قابل توصیه است.

ارزیابی ویژگیهای خمیرکاغذ ساخته شده از ساقه ذرت با فرایندهای مونواتانول امین/اب و سولفیت قلیایی
DOR:98.1000/1735-0913.1397.33.606.65.4.1575.1610 این تحقیق پخت مونواتانول امین با غلظت 50℅ و پخت سولفیت قلیایی با قلیاییت 18℅ برای ساخت خمیر کاغذ از ساقه ذرت می پردازد.ترکیب هیدروکسید سدیم و سولفیت سدیم در نسبتهای 70:30 به عنوان تیمار سولفیت قلیایی وترکیب آب و مونواتانول آمین با نسبت 50:50 به عنوان تیمار مونواتانول آمین به منظور تیمارهای شاهد انتخاب گردیدند. میزان وازده در طی هر سه فرایند به علت اینکه بسیار اندک و قابل توزین نبود حذف گردید .همچنین شرایط پخت بعنوان عوامل متغیر به این ترتیب انتخاب گردید:زمان در سه سطح30.60.90 دقیقه و دما در سه سطح 125.145.165 درجه منظور گردید و نسبت مایع پخت به ماده اولیه(1به 4) ثابت می باشد.خمیر کاغذ تولید شده با مونواتانول امین 50℅ دارای کمترین بازده کل(36.12)و عدد کاپا(17.93) است.در تیمار سولفیت قلیایی مشاهده شد که با کاهش دما و افزایش زمان به عنوان عوامل متغیر مقدار بازده کل کاهش و عدد کاپا افزایش می یابد به طوری که بیشترین شاخص ترکیدن(6.78) مربوط به پخت با دمای 125 درجه و زمان 60 دقیقه می باشد.همچنین در تیمار مونواتانول امین به این نتیجه رسیدیم که با افزایش دما و کاهش زمان بازده کل کاهش یافته و همچنین با افزایش دما و زمان عدد کاپا کاهش می یابد به طوری که به ترتیب بیشترین شاخص کشش(38.26) , پارگی(10.77) مربوط به پخت با دمای 165 درجه و زمان 90 دقیقه و145درجه و 60 دقیقه به دست امده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد فرایند مونواتانول امین / آب (50:50) می تواند به صورت موفقیت آمیزتری برای ساخت کاغذ از ساقه ذرت اجرا شود و ویژگیهای خمیر کاغذهای تولیدی به ویژه از نظر مقاومتهای مکانیکی و عدد کاپا,در حالت اختلاط با آب ,برتر از فرایند سولفیت قلیایی وسودا به صورت ترکیبی وتنها می باشد.
