چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی پتانسیل استفاده از پسماندهای ساقه پنبه در تولید تخته خرده چوب بوده است. لذا با استفاده از 3 گرادیان مصرف چسب صفر، 2 و 4 درصد بین لایه سطحی و میانی کیک خرده چوب و 3 زمان پرس 3؛ 4 و 5 دقیقه اقدام به ساخت تخته خرده چوب گردید و خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی آنها اندازه گیری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش گرادیان مصرف چسب در سطح معنی داری باعث بهبود مقاومت خمشی، مدول الاستیسیته و چسبندگی داخلی شده است و تخته های ساخته شده با گرادیان مصرف چسب 2 و 4 درصد دارای مقاومت خمشی، مدول الاستیسیته و چسبندگی داخلی بالاتری هستند. همچنین افزایش گرادیان مصرف چسب باعث بهبود واکشیدگی ضخامت 2 و 24 ساعت تخته ها شد و علاوه بر این، زمان پرس نیز اثر معنی داری بر این ویژگی تخته ها داشت و حداقل واکشیدگی ضخامت 2 و 24 ساعت در شرایط استفاده از زمان پرس 5 دقیقه مشاهده گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که در صورت استفاده از گرادیان مصرف چسب در حد 2 الی 4 درصد بین لایه سطحی و میانی کیک خرده چوب و زمان پرس 4 و 5 دقیقه، می توان از ساقه پنبه به عنوان یک ماده لیگنوسلولزی مناسب برای تولید تخته خرده چوب با ویژگیهای مکانیکی بالاتر از استاندارد EN اروپا استفاده نمود.
