چکیده

چکیده
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر تیمار شیمیایی استیلاسیون در جلوگیری از تخریب قارچ عامل پوسیدگی سفید و قارچ عامل پوسیدگی قهوه‌ای انجام شد. الیاف تهیه شده تحت چهار سطح تیمار شیمیایی (زمان استیلاسیون صفر، 30، 90 و 270 دقیقه) قرار گرفته و بعد اقدام به ساخت تخته فیبر با دانسیته متوسط (MDF) گردید که با در نظر گرفتن سه تکرار برای هر سطح از تیمارها، در مجموع 12 تخته آزمایشگاهی ساخته شد. نتایج در قالب طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی متعادل تحت آزمایش فاکتوریل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد با افزایش شدت تیمار استیلاسیون مقاومت بیولوژیک تخته‌ها افزایش قابل ملاحظه‌ای پیدا کرد. به‌طوری‌که بالاترین میزان کاهش وزن پس از 16 هفته مجاورت با قارچ عامل پوسیدگی سفید و قهوه‌ای، مربوط به نمونه‌های شاهد (تیمار نشده) بودند که به‌ترتیب برابر با 96/39 و 31/49 درصد بود و پایین‌ترین میزان کاهش وزن مربوط به نمونه‌های تیمار شده در شدت استیلاسیون 8/15 درصد بود که به‌ترتیب برابر با 605/1 و 93/16 درصد بود. به عبارت دیگر با افزایش شدت استیلاسیون تا 16% افزایش وزن، شدت تخریب قارچ رنگین‌کمان در طی 16 هفته به میزان 3/95%  کاهش یافت، که این نکته در مورد قارچ پوسیدگی قهوه‌ای به حدود 44/66% رسید. بنابراین نتایج به‌دست آمده حکایت از تأثیر مثبت استیلاسیون در جلوگیری از تخریب قارچی داشت.
