Because higher bonding resulted in lesser accessibility to the hydrophilic functional group. Therefore, hydrogel as an ever-increasing material in bulk cellulosic diapers were surficial coated on paper and compared with distillated water saturated papers. The prepared chitosan-acrylic acid (AA) hydrogel converted into nanoparticles by ultrasonic homogenizer and the nano scaled particles approved by Dynamic Light scattering (DLS). SEM images and paper caliper revealed the nanohydrogel coating layer. All papers water uptake coated with 1, 1.5 and 2% nanohydrogel increased significantly up to 50% compared to the untreated sample. Burst and dry tensile strengths along with water uptake improved, with no toleration in tear strength. Increased fiber bonding due to plenty of carboxylic acid in AA together with hydroxyl and amine groups in chitosan, along with nanohydrogel film formation as a complementary assembly and constituent with the cellulosic substrate of paper were resulted in strength improvement. Wet tensile strength of paper revealed remarkable increment at 2% coating application, only; without enhancing effects at the lower dosages. Paper opacity, brightness and whiteness stayed almost stable, but due to chitosan yellowish nature, the paper yellowness increased. The coated paper stiffness enhanced compared to untreated paper, but revealed lesser stiffness than water saturated papers. Water treated papers revealed caliper, tensile and burst indices reduction and stiffness rising.}, keywords = {Surface coating,Paper properties,chitosan-acrylic acid nanohydrogel}, title_fa = {تاثیر اندودسازی سطحی کاغذ با نانوهیدروژل کایتوزان-اکریلیک اسید بر جذب آب، ویژگی های مقاومتی و نوری}, abstract_fa = {DOR:98.1000/1735-0913.1398.34.1.66.1.1578.32 تامین همزمان ویژگی‌های متعارض در کاغذ از مهمترین مسائل کاغذسازان بوده که مثلاً در کاغذهای بهداشتی، تامین مقاومت مطلوب توام با جذب آب بالا، اهمیت بسیاری دارد. چراکه افزایش پیوندیابی منجربه کاهش دسترس‌پذیری گروه‌های آبدوست می‌شود. بدین منظور از هیدروژل که کاربرد روزافزونی در فراورده‌های حجیم سلولزی جاذب دارد، به‌عنوان اندود سطحی کاغذ و کاغذهای آغشته‌شده با آب مقطر به‌عنوان شاهد استفاده‌گردید. هیدروژل کایتوزان-اکریلیک اسید پس از تهیه، توسط همگن‌ساز فراصوت به ابعاد نانو تبدیل و با ابزار پراکنش نور پویا، مقیاس ذرات تائیدگردید. تصاویر SEM و نتایج ضخامت، نشست نانوهیدروژل بر سطح کاغذ را تائیدنمود. جذب آب کاغذهای اندودشده با 1، 5/1 و %2 نانوهیدروژل افزایش چشمگیری یافته و تا %50 بهبود را نسبت به کاغذ تیمارنشده نشان‌داد. شاخص-های ترکیدن و کششی خشک کاغذ همزمان با بهبود جذب آب افزایش‌یافته، لیکن شاخص پارگی بدون تغییر باقی‌ماند. افزایش پیوندیابی بین لیفی ناشی از فراوانی گروه‌های کربوکسیلیک اسید در اکریلیک اسید و نیز هیدروکسیلی و آمینی در کایتوزان بوده و تشکیل فیلم نانوهیدروژل نیز به‌عنوان ساختاری مکمل و پیوسته با بستر سلولزی، منجر به بهبود مقاومت‌ها می‌گردد. شاخص کششی تَر فقط در بالاترین سطح اندودسازی (%2) افزایش چشمگیری داشته و در سطوح پائین‌تر موفق نبوده‌است. ماتی، سفیدی و روشنی کاغذهای اندودشده تقریباً ثابت ولی زردی بواسطه ماهیت کایتوزان افزایش‌یافت. سفتی کاغذهای اندودشده در مقایسه با اندودنشده افزایش ولی نسبت به نمونه‌های آب مقطر در تمامی سطوح کاهش داشته و به‌عبارتی منجر به افزایش نرمی شد. تیمار آبی کاغذها، منجربه کاهش ضخامت، شاخص‌های کششی و ترکیدن و افزایش سفتی‌ شد.}, keywords_fa = {اندود سطحی,ویژگیهای کاغذ,نانوهیدروژل کایتوزان-اسیداکریلیک}, url = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_117037.html}, eprint = {https://ijwpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_117037_e451ab32fceeae2ce00ad111fa041171.pdf} }
