Iranian journal of Wood and Paper Science Research has been published since 1995 by support of Research Institute of Forests and Rangelands of Iran. Research Institute of Forests and Rangelands holds the copyright of the journal. Iranian journal of Wood and Paper industries cover the peer articles, review papers, technical reports and case study reports at the following topics:

  • Biology and wood preservation
  • Modification of Wood
  • Wood products and wood composites
  • Nanotechnology in wood and paper science
  • Pulping and paper making technology
  • Chemical wood processing
  • Economics and marketing of wood products

And all industrial and technical issues associated with wood and paper industry.

 The journal is currently published as a quarterly and has been ranked with the highest impact (IF=0.160) among the forestry category according to the  Scientific Information Database (SID) in 2017. English abstracts are indexed in CABI Publishing (www.Cabi-Publishing.org).
