Given the intense competition, rapid changes, new employee and customer requirements, and the modification of traditional management practices to optimize the capabilities of employees, today's organizations should work towards improving and institutionalizing entrepreneurial enterprise platforms. The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of enterprise entrepreneurship in public and private furniture companies and compare them with regard to the status of the entrepreneurial organization. To this end, various components of organizational entrepreneurship were conducted in order to identify strengths and weaknesses, and decision-makers could, taking into account the results, make appropriate decisions in order to promote organizational entrepreneurship. Regarding the nature of the subject and purpose of the research, this research is a descriptive-survey method in terms of data collection method. The data collection tool was a standardized Margarita Hill questionnaire (2003). The statistical population consisted of 963 human capital (606 individuals in private companies and 357 in government companies) in 14 furniture manufacturing companies (12 private companies and two public companies) in Tehran province, which was determined randomly and with proportional (public and private) assignments, and according to the Kregis-Morgan table, the sample size was determined. To determine the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha method was used in this research. Two independent samples were used to compare organizational entrepreneurship in two areas of the private and public sector. The average enterprise entrepreneurship rating in government companies was 1.612 and in private companies were 154.77. Standard deviations in public corporations were 78.88 and for private companies were 76.25. The results of the independent t-test showed that the comparison of the mean of organizational entrepreneurship between the two groups of public and private furniture companies at the level of 99% is significant.

Wood industries need abundant resources of wooden raw material and these industries could continue to productive activities with poplar consumption attitudes. Given the size and importance of poplar farming and its role in the economy of Kurdistan, study for evaluation of its value chain is essential. Since improving of the poplar value chain is a factor for the development of poplar farming given the current situation in Kurdistan providence value chain, in this research suitable value chains was identified for development. According to the study objectives, the effective criteria to prioritize research alternatives were identified through library studies and with the help of questionnaires were completed and confirmed, according to the experts. The experts were used to identify the interrelations between criteria. After completing the paired comparison questionnaire, weight of each criterion was measured and priorities were found by the ANP. Ultimately, the final results of alternatives ranking showed the most weight is related to the MDF chain with weight of 0.259. The next priorities were paper, straw and cellulose with respectively weights of 0.135, 0.134 and 0.115. The next priorities were furniture, particle board, plywood and matches, pallets, boxes, lumber and boards, with weights of 0.096, 0.077, 0.075, 0.073 and 0.019 respectively. Results of group decision-making using ANP showed that in the current situation with regard to the suitable market for MDF, proper future demand, appropriate market for processed products from MDF, condition of infrastructure in Kordestan province and feasibility of use of poplar wood in production of MDF, this industry is more important to develop in Kordestan province.

The influence of pulping temperature and time on strength properties of bagasse soda pulp was investigated. Two cooking temperatures)175ْC,185 ْC (and three cooking times (20,30,40 minutes) were selected .The other variables were kept constant at 18 % NaOH and l/w=8. Tensile strength, tear strength index and folding endurance of hand sheets measured . Factorial experiment and randomized block design was used for statistical analysis and DMRT was used for grouping the means. The results indicate that, application of intermediate cooking intensity produced better pulp than more intense pulping at highest pulping time and temperature. However, more intense pulping produced better folding endurance and pulp prepared at 30 minutes cooking time showed better folding endurance than pulp produced at 20 minutes. The highest tear index was obtain at 185 ْC and 20minutes and lowest at 185ْC and 40 minutes. Results indicate that undamaged fibers will product highest tear index. The highest folding endurance was produced at 175 ْC and 30 minutes and the lowest at 185ْC and 30 minutes .Increasing pulping time reduced tensile index and the highest and lowest tensile index obtained at 20 and 40 minutes pulping time respectively.
