Background and Objectives: Organizations depend on marketing, innovation and learning indicators to increase organizational performance and competitive advantage. By taking advantage of appropriate marketing and innovation capabilities, in addition to profitability and competitive advantage, product life cycle prolongation and stability in the competition scene are provided for organizations. The rapid changes in production technologies necessitate the strengthening of human resource capabilities for all elements. Organization is necessary. Methodology: The effect of marketing capabilities, innovations, learning of employees on the performance of wooden office furniture companies with the approach of structural equations has been investigated. The statistical population of this research consists of managers and engineers working in wooden office furniture companies located in industrial towns in Tehran and Alborz provinces. Sampling method was classified and Crecy-Morgan table was used to determine the sample size (92 people). Initial effective indicators were selected by studying the available sources and the conceptual model of the research considering the performance of the organization (company) as a dependent variable and marketing, innovation and learning variables as independent variables. The main tool for collecting information for this research was a questionnaire. Correlation and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling based on partial least squares method were used to investigate the research hypotheses and analyze the structural relationships between variables. Results: The results showed that innovation, marketing and learning capabilities had a positive effect on the performance of wooden furniture companies. In addition, these capabilities complement 96.9% of the changes in the dependent variable of the company's performance. The results of the model quality evaluation index show that marketing capability (strong effect), innovation capability (medium effect), learning capability (weak effect) have the greatest impact on company performance. Finally, the results of this study remind the various companies producing wood furniture industry products that are constantly looking to export their goods that, unlike the somewhat non-competitive domestic market, to compete with other companies in target markets, should try. Due to factors such as marketing, innovation and learning, improve products quality, reduce costs and ultimately increase company performance. Conclusion: The use of appropriate marketing methods, innovative capabilities and increasing human resource capabilities in order to strengthen organizational learning in wooden furniture industry companies will strengthen the performance and position of the mentioned companies.

In this study, the effect of corona treatment on improving the durability of nitrocellulose and polyurethane coatings used in the wood furniture industry before and after weathering investigated. The boards made from poplar and beech were coated by an automatic film applicator after corona treatment and accelerated for 30 days in a weathering machine. Then, the contact angle, abrasion resistance, and pull-off adhesion testing to the wood surface coatings were analyzed. The results showed that corona treatment reduced contact angle in wooden species and the highest contact angle reduction found in beech wood. Also, the results of the adhesion test showed that the highest adhesion was related to the polyurethane coating and after weathering, the adhesion of the coatings decreased, but the use of corona treatment, in addition to increasing the adhesion strength before weathering, could significantly improve adhesion after weathering. The results of the abrasion test showed that the wear resistance increased in wooden species due to the coating, and the highest amount observed in the beech-coated with polyurethane. After weathering, wear resistance was reduced in all samples, but using corona treatment increased resistance to abrasion. In general, it can say that the use of corona treatment can significantly (95%) improve the resistance to mechanical properties and durability of coatings before and after weathering and thus increase the durability of the furniture and wooden structures.

In this research, the impact of various products design was investigated in end-customer’s satisfaction. . For this purpose, the variables are: products ‘external characteristic variables, quality, price, distributing system, after sales services, perceived value and sex moderator variable. The statistical population of this research includes all the consumers of household wooden steel furniture in Tehran city. In order to evaluate and examine the conceptual model, structural equation method and AMOS software are used. The results showed that the model has been fitted in the first-grade and second-grade measurement models and also on structural model. In measurement model, the measurement indices have created some meaningful factor loadings. This issue shows that model has been determined from theoretical literature and the criteria of this measurement have been recognized correctly. This caused a high validity of the measurements ‘tools. The variables of external characteristics, quality, price, after -sales services and perceived value are all effective at 99 percent of the confidence level on the consumer of household wooden furniture. But, the effect of distributing system variable on customer satisfaction did not accept. Also according to the obtained results, it is clear that sex variable can just adapt the relationship between external characteristics and customer satisfaction in the level of 90 percent significance.

Abstract: In the recent years due to the innovations taking place in the production, packaging and shipping of furniture, world trade of these products has grown substantially. This issue along with some outstanding problems in manufacturing and marketing various kinds of wooden has caused that furniture imports to Iran has enjoyed significant growth .In order to achieve the efficient and economic import, identify all factors that the perspective of experts led to prefer these products in compared with similar domestic production will be essential, therefore in this research in order to investigate the reasons for the expansion of the import quantities, the standardized questionnaires (certified by professionals and academic professors in four groups: Economics, Environment, Technical and Technological, and Consumption) are provided by use of documentary and survey research methods to investigate the effective indices on importing wooden furniture to Iran in order to describe the reasons of its widespread throughout Iranian experts. These main indexes indices of imports are rated by three methods: Likert spectrum, Duncan Test, and relative importance ratio of each index. We applied Likert spectrum on the whole statistical population and it shows that Environment index holds the first rank and Consumption, Technical and Technological, and Economics indexes are followed respectively. Duncan test shows Economics index has the first rank, Environment index holds the second place. Technical and Technological index are in the same place as Consumption index and according to the test there is no meaningful differences between them. On the other hand, using the relative importance ratio method we classified related occupations into 4 groups: producers, vendors/ distributers, importers, and consumers. We employed third method to see how these four groups evaluate the importance of each index. Results are as follows: PRODUCERS believe that Environment index is in the first place and then Economics, Technical and Technological, and finally Consumption index. VENDORS/DISTRIBUTORS believe Consumption, Technical and Technological, Economics, and Environment index is the sequence. IMPORTERS believe that Consumption index is in the main priority and then Technical and Technological, Economics, and Environment hold next places.
