چکیده

در این تحقیق اثر تیمار حرارتی با روغن کلزا بر عملکرد پوشش‌های رزین شفاف، آلکیدی‌مات، سلولزی نیمه‌شفاف، و آکریلیک مات بر روی صنوبر دلتوئیدس در محیط بیرونی (هوازدگی طبیعی) مورد بررسی واقع شد. برای این منظور نمونه‌هایی بدون عیب از برون چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس با ابعاد 50×50×2 میلی‌متر (طولی× مماسی× شعاعی) تهیه گردید. نمونه‌های آزمایشی با روغن کلزا در درجه حرارت-های 180، 200، 220 درجه سانتی‌گراد و در مدت زمان 4 ساعت تیمار شدند. پوشش‌ها با ضخامت 150 میکرومتر (ضخامت تر) توسط دستگاه لایه کش بر روی نمونه‌های آزمونی اعمال گردیدند. میزان چسبندگی پوشش‌ها بر طبق استانداردASTM D 4541 و خصوصیات رنگ نمونه‌ها بر طبق استاندارد ASTM D 2244 قبل و بعد از 180 روز قرار گرفتن در معرض هوازدگی طبیعی اندازه‌گیری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل‌های آماری نتایج آزمون تغییر رنگ نشان دادند که اثر تیمار حرارتی بر روی تغییر رنگ وابسته به نوع پوشش می‌باشد. همچنین چسبندگی رنگ وابسته به ترکیبی از نوع پوشش، تیمار حرارتی در روغن و هوازدگی می‌باشد.
