کاربرد فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی دررتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های موثر بررقابت‌ پذیری صنعت مبلمان چوبی در ایران

چکیده

از دﻻﻳل ﻣﻬﻢ ﻧﺎﻛﺎﻣﻲ ﺷﺮکت‌های ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪی در ﺑﺎزارﻫﺎی ﺑﻴﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﻲ، ﻣﻲﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﺪم رﻗﺎﺑﺖﭘﺬﻳﺮی آن‌ها در قیاس با رقبا اﺷﺎره ﻧﻤﻮد، لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های موثر بر رقابت‌پذیری صنعت مبلمان چوبی ایران با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی می‌باشد. برای این منظور با مطالعات و بررسی پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته و مصاحبه با تعدادی از کارشناسان متخصص، شاخص‌های موثر بر رقابت‌پذیری صنعت مبلمان چوبی ایران به 4 گروه اصلی و 19 زیرشاخص تقسیم شدند. درجه اهمیت شاخص‌ها و زیرشاخص‌ها پس از اخذ آرای کارشناسان با بکارگیری فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که در میان شاخص‌های سطح اصلی، شاخص‌های اقتصادی، فنی، مواد و مصالح و انسانی به‌ترتیب دارای بالاترین ارزش وزنی می‌باشند. همچنین زیر‌شاخص طراحی موفق نسبت به سایر زیرشاخص‌ها دارای بالاترین اولویت بوده و بعد از آن زیرشاخص‌های مواد اولیه، مدیریت پایدار، نیروی انسانی متخصص، توسعه استاندارد، عرضه پایدار و برندسازی به‌ترتیب بالاترین اولویت‌ها را به‌خود اختصاص داده‌اند.
