چکیده

در این تحقیق، تأثیر مقدار پرکننده و ماده جفت کننده MAPP بر ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و مکانیکی کامپوزیت پلی‌پروپیلن تقویت شده شده با آرد حاصل از ضایعات ناشی از هرس سالیانه برگ نخل خرما (رقم شاهانی) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بدین منظور استفاده از سه سطح 30، 40 و 50 درصد آرد نخل خرما و دو سطح 4 و 6 درصد MAPP به عنوان عوامل متغییر در نظر گرفته شد. سپس خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی نمونه‌های آزمونی شامل واکشیدگی ضخامت بعد از 2 و 24 ساعت غوطه وری در آب، مقاومت و مدول کششی، مقاومت و مدول خمشی و مقاومت به ضربه اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که با افزایش آرد نخل خرما مقاومت خمشی، مقاومت کششی و مقاومت به ضربه کاهش و در مقابل واکشیدگی ضخامت، مدول خمشی، مدول کششی افزایش یافته‌اند. همچنین با بررسی اثر ماده جفت کننده مشخص گردید که با افزودن MAPP واکشیدگی ضخامت، مقاومت و مدول الاستیسیته کششی و خمشی کامپوزیت حاصل بهبود یافته است. این بدان معنی است که همراه با افزایش مصرف آرد نخل خرما، افزودن عامل جفت کننده منجر به بهبود کیفیت سطح مشترک شده و تغییرات قابل ملاحظه‌ای را خصوصا در پایداری ابعادی و مدول الاستیسیته حاصل کرده است.
