بررسی ویژگیهای تخته تراشه جهت دار (OSB) ساخته شده از مخلوط کلنهای ده ساله صنوبر

چکیده

در این تحقیق اثر رطوبت کیک و حرارت پرس بر خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی تخته تراشه جهت‌دار سه‌لایه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تخته‌های آزمایشگاهی به ضخامت 12 میلیمتر، در حالی که جهت تراشه‌های لایه سطحی در جهت طول تخته و جهت تراشه‌های لایه میانی ، عمود بر لایه سطحی بود، از مخلوط چوب سه کلن ده ساله صنوبر دو رگه (populus euramericana vernirubensis, p. e. I-214 , p. e. 561/41 ) ، با استفاده از دو سطح رطوبت کیک 7 و10 درصد و سه سطح حرارت پرس180، 200 و220 درجه سانتیگراد ساخته شدند. در کلیه تیمارها، دانسیته تخته ها 7/0 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب، زمان پرس 8 دقیقه و نوع چسب مصرفی؛ فنل فرمالدئید به میزان 7 درصد وزن خشک چوب بود. خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی تخته‌های آزمونی، بر پایۀ استاندارد اروپایی (EN 300) جهت تولید تخته تراشه جهت دار نوع 1 و نوع 2 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که افزایش رطوبت کیک اثر بسیار معنی‌داری بر افزایش ویژگی‌های خمشی تخته‌ها داشت به طوری که بالاترین مدول گسیختگی در رطوبت کیک 10 درصد و حرارت پرس 220 درجه سانتیگراد و بالاترین مدول الاستیسیته در رطوبت کیک 10 درصد و حرارت پرس 180 درجه سانتیگراد به دست آمد. افزایش حرارت پرس نیز اثر بسیار معنی داری در افزایش مدول گسیختگی تخته‌ها و همچنین اثر معنی داری در کاهش واکشیدگی ضخامت 24 ساعت تخته ها داشت. کمترین واکشیدگی ضخامت 24 ساعت در رطوبت کیک 7 درصد و حرارت پرس 220 درجه سانتیگراد به دست آمد. بالاترین چسندگی داخلی در رطوبت کیک 7 درصد و حرارت پرس 200 درجه سانتیگراد به دست آمد.در مجموع در تمامی حالتها خصوصیات تخته‌های تولید شده بیشتر از حد استاندارد مورد نیاز بود.
