اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر رقابت پذیری مبلمان کلاسیک با فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای (مطالعه موردی استان تهران)

چکیده

در دنیای ناپایدار اقتصادی امروز، تولید پایدار و افزایش سطح کمی و کیفی محصولات، جهت حفظ بقاء و رقابت پذیری در بازار داخلی و خارجی الزامی‌ست. بگونه‌ای که در صورت عدم توجه، امکان رقابت‌پذیری در بازارهای منطقه‌ایی و بین المللی وجود نخواهد داشت. بدین جهت در این پژوهش، با بهره‌مندی از نظرات متخصصین و تولیدکنندگان خبره این صنعت مبلمان به شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر رقابت‌پذیری مبلمان کلاسیک پرداخته شد. شاخص‌های مورد بررسی در این پژوهش شامل 5 شاخص اصلی و 17 زیرشاخص بودند که با بکارگیری فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای اولویت‌بندی و درجه اهمیت شاخص‌ها و زیر شاخص‌ها تعیین و با کمک روش دیمتل روابط علی و معلولی شاخص‌ها بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی‌های صورت گرفته نشان داد شاخص‌های اصلی مدیریت تولید و فروش، تضمین کیفیت و سبک طراحی وخلاقیت به ترتیب دارای بالاترین وزن نرمال بودند و زیر شاخص بروز بودن ماشین آلات و فناوری، قیمت مناسب و ماندگاری برند به ترتیب اولویت اول تا سوم تاثیرگذاری بر رقابت‌پذیری مبلمان کلاسیک را بدست آوردند.
