بخش صنعت یکی از بخش های مهم و اساسی اقتصاد کشور محسوب شده و به دلیل ارتباط با بخش های دیگر نقش مهمی در افزایش تولید و بهره وری آن ها دارد. از سوی دیگر، سیاست های پولی نیز با تحریک طرف تقاضای اقتصاد بر رشد تولید و اشتغال و سطح قیمت ها تاثیر بسزایی دارد. از این رو، هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر سیاست های پولی بر ارزش افزوده زیربخش صنایع چوب و محصولات چوبی با بهره گیری از رهیافت برنامه ریزی ریاضی مثبت طی سال های 1395-1369 می باشد. در این روش، داده های شرایط موجود بازسازی شده و تصمیم گیرنده و تولیدکننده محدودیت ها را در شرایط واقعی لحاظ می کنند و این مدل بهینه سازی برای تحلیل سیاست ها در شرایط موجود مفید می باشد. نتایج برآورد مدل نشان می دهد سیاست های کاهشی و افزایشی متغیرهای پولی (نقدینگی ونرخ سود تسهیلات) در سناریوهای مختلف بر ارزش افزوده بهینه آن زیربخش تأثیر دارد. همچنین شاخصه مهم این روش محاسبه مقدار بهینه ارزش افزوده هر زیربخش در سال پایه وامکان هدف گذاری آن در سناریوهای مختلف است. به عنوان مثال در سناریو اول، در صورت کاهش 5، 10 و 20 درصد میزان نقدینگی، ارزش افزوده زیر بخش صنایع تولید چوب و صنایع چوبی به میزان 4، 8 و 18 درصد افزایش می یابد. علاوه بر این، در این سناریو کاهش متغیر سیاست نرخ سود به همان نسبت موجب افزایش 5، 8 و 16 درصدی در میزان ارزش افزوده خواهد شد.
