چکیده

نانو کامپوزیت‌های زیست تخریب پذیر مغناطیسی سلولز به طور گسترده‌ای در جذب آلودگی فلزات سنگین از آب مورد استفاده قرار گرفته‌اند. در این تحقیق کاغذ مغناطیسی با استفاده از الیاف بلند تجاری کرافت (NMP)، الیاف مغناطیسی با گلوکونیک اسید 1درصد (NMP/GA 1%)، نانو کریستال سلولز (MNCC) و کربوکسی متیل سلولز (MCMC) تولید و به عنوان جاذب در حذف آلودگی فلزات سنگین سرب و نیکل مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نانو کامپوزیت‌ها پس از تولید با آنالیزهای پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)، میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی (AFM) و مغناطیس سنج ارتعاشی نمونه (VSM) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. الگوهای پراش اشعه ایکس نشان داد که الیاف و کامپوزیت‌های مغناطیسی با موفقیت تولید شده و پیک‌های مربوط به نانو مگنتیت در تمام نمونه‌ها مشاهده شد. بررسی نانو مگنتیت و نانو کریستال سلولز نشان داد که بیشتر ذرات دارای اندازه به ترتیب در محدوده‌ی 19 – 1 و 65- 1 نانومتر بودند. بالاترین اشباع مغناطیسی مربوط به کامپوزیت مغناطیسی نانو کریستال سلولز بود. نمونه‌های جذب به وسیله طیف سنج نشر اتمی پلاسمای مایکروویو مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون جذب فلزات سرب و نیکل نشان داد که بالاترین میزان جذب سرب و نیکل توسط جاذب NMP/GA 1% و کمترین میزان جذب سرب ونیکل به ترتیب با MCMC و نمونه شاهد بوده است. همچنین فلز سرب جذب بالاتری نسبت به نیکل با تمامی جاذب‌ها داشته است.
