چکیده

    درختچه حرّا، به افتخار ابن­سینا فیلسوف و طبیب شهیر ایرانی که او را اَویسنا (Avecina) می‌شناختند نام علمی اَوسینا (Avicennia) را به خود گرفته است. این مقاله قصد دارد تا ویژگی­های آناتومی چوب این درختچه که یکی از مهمترین گونه‌های جنگل‌های ماندابی ایران است را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. بدین منظور سه دیسک چوبی از تنه سه درخت بالغ تهیه و به نمونه­های مکعبی کوچک تبدیل شدند. سپس توسط میکروتوم از آنها نمونه­های نازک میکروسکوپی تهیه و پس از رنگ­آمیزی با استرابلو و سفرانین توسط کانادا بالزام بر روی لام­های شیشه­­ای تثبیت شده و بعد ویژگی­های آناتومی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین از چوب تنه حرّا تعدادی خلال­های کبریتی تهیه و در مخلوط اسید استیک و آب اکسیژنه خیسانده شدند و ویژگی­های مورفولوژی الیاف آن نیز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. از مهمترین ویژگی­های آناتومی چوب گونه حَرّا می­توان حضور بافت آبکش تومانده را نام برد که توسط پارانشیم­های طولی رابط احاطه شده­اند. علاوه بر این، سلول­های اسکلرئیدی به­صورت لایه­ای در میان بافت چوبی مشاهده شدند. ویژگی­های آناتومی چوب درخت حرّا (Avicennia marina) در منابع مختلف دارای تفاوت­هایی است که می­توان این ویژگی را به تأثیرپذیری این گونه از اقلیم و یا شرایط رویشگاهی مربوط دانست.
