بکارگیری الگوریتم تاپسیس(TOPSIS) در اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر قصد کارآفرینانه محصولات مبلمان چوبی

در حال حاضر تغییر و تحولات به قدری شتابان ،سریع و در حال وقوع است که تولید کننده گان محصولات چوبی امروزی را وا داشته است با عرضه و خدمات نو آورانه بقای خود را تضمین کنند.این امر مستلزم توجه جدی و عملی به تولید کار آفرینانه است. زمانی که کار آفرینی به عنوان شیوه زندگی توسط افراد یک جامعه پذیرفته شود ،آن جامعه بسیار سریع توسعه می یابد. فعالیت های کار آفرینانه مبلمان چوبی همواره به دنبال تغییرات است و به آن پاسخ می دهد فرصت را شناسایی و ارزشهای با مخاطره پذیری این صنعت را دچار تحول و ماهیت صنعت چوب را آشکار می سازد. پژوهش حاضر کوشیده است تا شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر تولید کارآفرینانه محصولات صنعت مبلمان چوبی را بررسی کند، چرا که امنیت اقتصادی آینده صنعت چوب تا حدی زیادی بر کیفیت کار آفرینان متکی است. در این تحقیق از روش تحلیلی توصیفی- پیمایشی استفاده شده است. جامعه تحقیق صاحب نظران،تولید کنندگان،کارآفرینان صنعت چوب هستند،که از طریق پاسخ دادن به سوالات پرسشنامه به تحقیق یاری رسانند. داده‌ها با استفاده الگوریتم تصمیم گیری چند معیاره(آنتروپی و تاپسیس)مورد تحلیل و رتبه بندی شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در شاخص عوامل انسانی،اقتصادی، قانون و مقررات،ساختار و نشاط صنعت مبلمان و فنی، زیر شاخص های ظرفیت کارآفرینی فردی،نیروی کار ماهر،کنترل قیمت های تولیدی محصولات مبلمان،ضمانت واقعی محصول پس از فروش و طراحی و ایده سازی به ترتیب رتبه های نخست پژوهش را کسب کردند.
